Welcome to Ivory Coast, a newly constructed home in the prestigious, family-friendly neighborhood of Monteray Shores in Corolla.
Step into luxury as soon as you enter this bright and airy, beautifully decorated home. On the top level, the open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare meals. Countertop seating for four provides the perfect spot to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the beach for a long day of fun in the sun! The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV, ideal for movie night. Step out onto the furnished decks or screened-in porch to enjoy the warm ocean breezes Corolla has to offer. A convenient half bath and a queen en suite round out the top level of this well-appointed home.
On the mid level, you will find two more queen en suites, as well as a king en suite, the laundry room, and a covered, furnished deck.
Head down to the ground level to hang out during evenings in and enjoy games on the game table. The kitchenette on this level offers a full-sized refrigerator, perfect for storing drinks for poolside enjoyment. Another half bath, as well as an en suite with a bunk bed and a bonus room with a queen bed, can be found on this level.
