We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful with plenty of space to relax. Carl was a great host ,very responsive and welcoming throughout our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is convenient to the Everglades and Marco Island. The traffic in this area of Naples is manageable! We highly recommend this place!

Peaceful Naples getaway

Nice big yard for dog, native plantings and woods are beautiful. Owner had a minor issue fixed the same day. Great home base in quiet neighborhood.

15 minutes to the beach, but a world away!

We had a great stay at this house, and loved the location—it was so peaceful! So much of Naples is go go go and people everywhere, so having so much space to ourselves was a real treat! You can also tell this house is visited often by people who care about the property, because there were wonderful amenities, including towels, and beach, chairs, and toys, and all sorts of other things to make our stay more comfortable. We really did have a great stay!

Pristine 3 bdr in Naples

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that was perfect for our stay. It was all completely renovated or brand new and had all the amenities you could think of. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious common areas and serene screen porch area overlooking the yard and trees. It is just as described and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very prompt and courteous in answering our questions. I would highly recommend this stay!

Great experience!

Beautiful home and location. A couple of small changes would be provide cleaning products for the grill, provide toilet paper and toiletries for the bathrooms. These are small things but appreciated when someone first gets into town. Overall we really enjoyed our time here!

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towel (in the kitchen), pods for dishwasher and washer machine, as well as shampoo and soap at the shower, are provided as starter kits. Working Trip

We were lucky to be able to rent a house instead of hotel rooms for this work trip. We need some space to do some work and hotel rooms are not good for our process. I picked the house as it was close to where we were working and its surround by amenities (restaurants, shopping, etc.). It was WAY better than we hoped for. What a GREAT house and property !!! The house is about 1/2 mile off the main drag but completely quiet and peaceful .. you'd never know all the hustle and bustle was so close. The House: Appears to have been newly renovated with all new appliances, furnishings and fixtures. The kitchen has got to be the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental property … and I've stayed at a lot. Plenty of towels, pillows and the like. The beds were very comfortable, to the point that 3 adult men had no complaints - when does that ever happen ? The Property: HUGE lot !! Wish we had more time to enjoy the massive yard. All the houses in the area are spaced pretty far apart so no noise from neighbors. Simply a very relaxing environment. We had 1 small issue HOWEVER the response from the property management was incredible. Upon contacting via text I had a response in about 10 minutes, a technician was at the house in about 2 hrs. Best service from a management company ever. There was nothing disappointing about this property ... 5 STARS !!
