This home was super clean and very nice inside. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Walking distance to almost everything. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this home.

The staff communicated with us effectively and ahead of time, during our visit and after. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and we greatly appreciated them very much. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again..

The place was wonderful. Very clean and the process was very smooth. The issue was we paid for a 2bd/2full bath for four nights. However, as soon as we arrived, we noticed the toilet in the guest bathroom was not working. It took two full days - 48 hours, to get someone out. It was a terrible inconvenience as we were four adults having to use the one bathroom. We expect some kind of monetary credit.

We reserved this rental 2.5 months in advance of our travel date, but the company altered our rental agreement just 5 days before our stay. This forced an earlier checkout than originally agreed upon and disrupted our travel logistics. On a positive note, the space itself was clean and roomy for two couples, and the property location was very convenient to State Street, the Funk Zone, and the beach.

Should have been called The Sweat Lodge rather than The Beach House. No effective cooling. The place was old, the fittings in the ensuite made it difficult to have a warm shower, and the place was right next to the train line so very very noisy late into the night and restarting early in the morning. All pretty surprising to discover given the price point.

Perfect location and very nice condo for our girls weekend.

Our trip was wonderful and the condo provided everything we needed. It was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The outdoor patio was private and the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lastly, the neighborhood was very walkable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Beautiful home, great location. House was clean, lots of amenities, very comfortable. Close to beach and downtown. Jeannine’s was great for breakfast. Just an FYI for our-of-towners—Santa Barbara is not sunny in June! They call it the June Gloom. It was chilly! Would stay in this house again!

Great Stay in a Great Location

We were very impressed with this rental. The location is fantastic. Close to the beach and the Funk Zone. We walked everywhere. The condo was comfortable, clean, and perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the outdoor upstairs patio. Great place to sit and have a drink. Check in and out was easy. We were very happy with everything at Seabbatical. Would definitely rent again.
