Great comfortable space, very clean and close to everything! Host was excellent at communication and the hot tub was an awesome touch! Caution: the stairs can get slippery!

It would’ve been nice to have a few more towels. The place was decorated very nice on the inside and my stay was very comfortable.

Tnks for your comments, are very important to us normally we leave 6 towels per stay for 6 persons and 2 hand towells, if next time you need more we are more than please to provide them tnks again hope to see you soon

My stay at this house was great! It is clean, quiet and the back yard made the evenings wonderful. I loved the hot tub and sitting under the covered patio. The beds are very comfortable, LOVED THE PILLOWS! and the ceiling fans create a good amount of breeze. Very nice stay.

Very nice, clean property in a conventional location. Comfortable beds. Note that host provides towels only - if you need washcloths or hand towels, you must provide your own.

This Vrbo is conveniently located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of several stores, restaurants, trail and park. House featured newer appliances, two updated bathrooms / showers, and three flat screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. The back yard hot tub works well for relaxing evenings. We very much enjoyed our stay and found the amenities spot on and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the home that smelled like something had died, and we also heard what appeared to be rats/rodents moving around in the ceiling.We did contact the host about our concerns, and I do want to mention that he was very nice and responsive when communicating with us. However, despite reaching out, the smell was still present throughout our stay and made it difficult to feel completely comfortable in the home.We were in town for a wedding and really just wanted a clean and comfortable place for our family to stay, so having to deal with the odor and activity in the ceiling was disappointing. The property itself has potential, and we appreciated the host being kind and communicative, but the smell and possible rodent issue definitely affected our overall experience. I hope these issues are professionally addressed for future guests.

Tnks for your comments, we sent a technician to check 2 times during your stay, unfortunately nobody open the door to check inside he checked out side didn't find nothing, I checked this morning inside there is any bad smell inside the property and we didn't find any sign of rodents , we will keep an eye to continue monitoring during the next days tnks again

This was the cutest little house. Renovation was modern and welcoming. The house was clean, and there were plenty of towels and soap. We felt safe behind the gates of the front yard. Wish we could of enjoyed the hot tub, but we did not want to freeze (it was cold weather).

Great neighborhood!

We loved our stay at this house in an interesting neighborhood - very close to Fireman's Park where a colony of Red-Crowned Parrots live. It was great fun to hear them in the morning and evening. Great location.

McAllen stay

From arrival to departure all was excellent. Contact with owner was very good and helpful. Will recommend this stay to anyone. It’s a home away from home. Street is quiet as well as neighborhood. Will recommend to others!

House is great. Easy access. Some basics like salt and pepper, wash cloth for showers would be a huge benefit. We also encountered fleas in the home. The yard is made up of very sharp stones, not really kid friendly. Numerous containers of lighter fluid just sitting out in the open by grill. Beds are also very high. Anyone with a hip or knee issue may struggle getting in and out.

hi angie tnks for your comments we already removed the lighter containers next to the grill tnks for lletting us know, beds are high yes we put a gel cover on the top of each mattres to make more comfortable the beds, you can remove it if you want the bed less taller, we know our home is pet friendly thats why we fumigate the house every month . 10 days prior your arrival i personately fumigate the all house against, fleas, roaches, spiders , and ants ,

The small amazing details make this spot so special! The ceiling fans, lighting and wood ceilings make this casita so beautifully artful. The hot tub and outdoor space was the best part of our stay. We enjoyed it immensely. Added bonus there are privacy curtains around the hot tub area. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the grill worked out for our evening grill session. The laundry room is an extra bonus as we were able to wash up clothing as we went. Definitely bring some slides or shoes to go from the back door to the hot tub area. The landscaping in the back requires it. I would suggest at least another set of towels for the shower areas; one for each guest. That was a quick fix we just went to WalMart and bought two more. There were plenty of stores and shopping in the area. It was so quiet in the neighborhood and felt very safe. Overall amazing stay and when we messaged the hostess they replied quickly. Just a fantastic stay overall!
