Situata su un terreno enorme, nel cuore del centro di Durango, la Wild Horse Guesthouse dista solo cinque isolati dalla stazione ferroviaria di Durango e Silverton.

Questa casa con due camere da letto e un bagno è super confortevole. Pieno di luce e decorato in quello che chiamiamo stile moderno da cowboy. Tutti i lussi di un hotel boutique attendono: vasca per i piedi con artigli, doccia piastrellata, nuovi letti in memory foam, lenzuola pregiate e un divano American Leather Comfort Sleeper nel soggiorno. C'è un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e una regina nella seconda camera. Quindi il divano Queen Sleeper e un bel futon full size nel soggiorno. Quattro letti in totale.

La cucina è completa di veri coltelli, fornello a gas, frigorifero di dimensioni standard, isola e tutti i piatti e le pentole che potresti desiderare. L'open space si presta alle riunioni di famiglia. C'è aria condizionata in estate e un bellissimo camino a gas in inverno.

Il cortile è completamente paesaggistico con un bel prato fresco su cui giocare e una veranda coperta con mobili. Il portico è nuovo e con la struttura a travi e sotto un tetto di metallo arrugginito è super elegante. Essere sul lato nord della casa in estate è un ottimo posto per mangiare all'aperto.

Il cortile è enorme e circondato da un recinto della privacy. C'è anche una porta per cani sul cortile laterale che conduce al cortile sul retro. Trama.

La posizione è dove si trova: a mezzo isolato dalla pista River Walk per Santa Rita Park, a pochi passi dalla Durango Natural Foods Co-Op, la nostra grande drogheria locale, Horse Gulch Trail System, la stazione ferroviaria, caffè e colazione, e ovviamente tutti i ristoranti e negozi del centro a pochi passi di distanza.

The house was very comfortable for my husband and I and our dachshund. The house kept nice and cool with the window air units. We enjoyed the covered patio and watching the friendly deer munching on the trees in the front yard. You can walk to town in under 15 minutes, and drive in under 5 minutes - a great location in a quiet neighborhood!

We had an amazing time in Durango. We even had to stay an extra night due to a ton of snow, Holly was great and easy to communicate with while we had to add an extra night!

Great location

My family and dog stayed for four nights at Wild Horse house. It was quaint and clean and in a great location. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need. I was able to walk downtown, to the river and to a playground with my kids very easily. Highly recommend!!

Loved staying here- very much recommend!

I have a high maintenance family with a paralyzed husband and a dog who has just had ACL surgery. The host was so accommodating and let us check in early and stay a little bit later due to the circumstances of a trip. The communication was excellent! I have actually stayed at her places before, and will be back.

Our five nights at horse house in Durango

The house was nice; however lacking in some areas. While the front yard is very nice with nice furniture and grass, the backyard, which makes this a “huge “ property is completely unusable- it’s a big rectangular area filled with rock. The two main bedrooms are quite nice, but aside from small hanging closet, there are no dresses and nowhere else to put away clothes (I.e. undergarments, tshirts, etc) we had to stack everything on the tiny little desk. The kitchen is pretty good, but lacking in small knives and any serving bowls or platters. I also tried communicating with the host several times before our visit and she never responded.

Train Ride

We came up from Austin Tx. First time Vrbo users. The pictures did not do the property justice! It is very cute! Very clean, large back yard, my dogs played until they were worn out! Will definitely return! Very nice HOT shower! Beds very comfy!

Excellent and Nice!

Loved the towels, excellent heater & cozy, and place was much bigger than the pictures! Our dogs loved the huge yard and the walking path that is two properties away on the left side with a creek. Would definitely stay here again. Thought the place was very fancy and had laundry and full kitchen. I even went to Natural Grocers to get the same Alpine Provisions Shampoo & Showerl Gel that they had in the bathroom! Comfortable beds. There was even ice cream left in the freezer to eat.

Great weekend away

property is very comfortable and convenient to downtown. Great queen bed. Yard photos and descriptions are a little misleading. Photos are of the front yard and that is not fenced. Backyard is fenced but overgrown with lots for dogs to get into. We didn't feel comfortable letting them out there. Quiet at night. Well equipped.

Quiet and close to trails

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to connection trial for Animas River Trail and Horse Gulch Trails. Nice layout, plenty of kitchen cooking and housewares, clean and safe. Not far from skiing and downtown eateries & shops. Sent wrong check in instructions but thankfully one of the owners answered promptly and sent correct entry. The only things I would suggest would be instructions to television. 3 remotes and we cld not figure out system. We weren’t really on vacation to watch but on a cold snowy night by fireplace, a movie would have been great. Also, maybe a blackout in Master bedroom window as neighbor’s outdoor flood light shines right in your face.

Very responsive host, even met her mom who lives next door. Cute and cozy home. Perfect size for us and our dogs. Private, fenced in backyard and quiet location. Well furnished and stocked home and super comfortable king sized bed. Hoping to come back next year (loved Durango!)

Lovely stay at the Wild Horse house with family and our dog! Beds were top notch in comfort, the space was cozy and comfortable. We loved the furnishings and enjoyed spending time on the front patio with all of the privacy of the shrub & tree border. It was a quiet and peaceful space with lots of privacy. We would definitely stay there again! Holly was responsive, pleasant and patient with our questions.

Sweet place. As advertised. Fantastic front porch and front yard. Well thought out house. Spacious. If you like nature walks you are feet to blocks from several. Downtown is only 10 - 15 min walk away. ACs work well. I hope to come back!

Cute home with big fenced in yard

This home felt like a cozy Western cottage in town, but on a quiet street. I loved the decor! We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us - they enjoyed the big back yard. The shady front porch was also enjoyed by all of us.

Very good experience

I loved my stay! The only negative aspect is that I am handicapped and use a walker. Getting down the front steps with my walker (particularly with a suitcase) was very, very difficult Also, I didn’t shower because there were no safety bars

Just right

We were in town for a conference at the Doubletree. Only a mile from the house so husband was able to walk over and I enjoyed the house and town. Very comfortable and importantly, yard for doggie.
