Great house overall. Very spacious. Wish there were small things like trash bags and even just a few coffee pods. People spend enough money on the houses, I guess hospitality wise I’d expect a little more.

We had a wonderful time and will book again. It’s just a short walk to the beach and was perfect for traveling with small children. There was an issue with a bathtub but someone came out promptly to fix it.

Perfect Location

The location of this home to the beach was easy! The location to all restaurants and other necessities was on point. I would stay here again and again!

Great place and super easy walk to the beach. Location was amazing. Property in great shape and the team was communicative and supportive. We really enjoyed it.

Our stay was great! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group of 4 families! If I had any suggestions it would be the pool area- the tile on the back porch gets very slippery and there is no ladder for the steps.

Dying to Stay Again!

Our overall stay was amazing. We did experience a challenge but Emerald Coast resolved as promptly within their control. Only one block from the beach and two blocks from Gulf Place, this was an ideal quiet location.

This house served our 3 families well. My husband is disabled due to a knee replacement and recent radiation treatments. This house had a bedroom and bathroom on the second floor along with the kitchen and living area. This prevented him from having to go up and down the stairs excessively. Even though we did eat out several times, we cooked a few meals in this home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The private pool proved to be a saving grace during our stay thanks to Bertha and the days of double red flags. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles. The short walk to the beach without having to cross a busy street was nice as well. Would definitely consider staying in this home again!

Property was very clean, modern and accommodated our needs as a family. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Pool was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach! Very close to good restaurants and some shopping. Beautiful quite neighborhood and very convenient walk to the beach. Family had a great time and we all hope to return next year! Overall, very pleased.

Great house, pool and 2 min walk to beach!

Our family absolutely loved this home and location! You can’t beat the 2 minute walk to the beach (without having to cross 30A) with a large public beach access at the Spooky lane walk over. Gulf Place with great restaurants and shops that are within walking distance too! We loved getting ice cream at Pecan Jacks after eating at Shunk Gulley. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is nicely updated, clean, well maintained and the kitchen is fully stocked. The living/dining/kitchen were very spacious for a large group. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge! There are also so many outdoor areas on the 2 balconies and patio for us to hang out. The private pool area is a huge plus. We had a lot of fun hanging out in the backyard swimming, playing corn hole and grilling. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive. Overall, great stay! We will be back!
