Great place to stay for our group visiting family nearby. Master bedroom was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Having coffee on the back porch with the trees and wildlife was great. Very close to everything in Bentonville.

Very nice place. Our only issue was the beds were firm and uncomfortable. Thankfully their were lots of pillows to use.

My favorite part was the location! Quiet, beautiful, and felt safe for a woman traveling alone. Checking-in and -out was easy and the space was perfectly clean. I also loved being able to do my laundry!A few more homey/personal touches could make it feel cozier, but it had the essentials I needed for my stay.

Great location! We absolutely loved our stay! E has a tiny issue with the door when we arrived- but was mainly operator error! They called and got us right in! Perfect for girls weekend- close to every thing- but relaxing and peaceful. Enjoyed our coffee on the porch every morning! Rooms were perfect! We will be back next year! Thank you for everything!

The property was OK for the price, the outside of the house was very dirty, including the deck off the back. There is also an apartment underneath this house that I did not know about when I rented it, that should probably be listed in the details. The water pressure could be a little better also. I would recommend for an overnight stay but nothing too much longer.

Peaceful location, beautiful view of the back porch, clean, adequately stocked kitchen, leaving with clean clothes is a bonus (yay for the washer and dryer), great location--close to a local nature trail, Tanyard Creek.

The location was our favorite part. You feel like you're away from everything with quick access to whatever you need. Unfortunately, the sheets were dirty or stained in the primary and there was something on the duvet cover as well upon arrival. The mattress is very firm and also has sunken spots from wear. As someone else mentioned, the water pressure is lacking and the floors are noisy. It was fine for a few nights but we were definitely ready to get back home.

Clean, spacious accommodations with everything we needed for a good visit with my friend. very quiet neighborhood. White. Minimalist in decor Beautiful view of woods behind the house from a nice, covered porch/deck. Beds were comfortable memory foam. Nice tv. Couch is very low and not as comfortable as I would have hoped but overall a very good experience.

Nice clean house saw a couple of spiders and we were surprised to find there was a separate rental in the basement of the house you might mention that in description of the property. But all in all good place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, spacious, and well equipped for what we needed. The check in process was well communicated and easy. While there we experienced a power outage due to a lightning strike and Chelsea worked with us and the power company to get the lights back on as quickly as possible. We would stay here again.
