Lovely property overlooking Lake Ontario. Very nice cottage feel while rooms were spacious. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful cabin, great host, stunning location

This cabin is the best of all worlds: cozy and comfortable, stunning views, wildly walkable neighborhood. The hosts are professional and responsive. It’s the perfect home base for your Prince Edward County adventure.

3 day stay on Canada Road Trip

This is a beautiful property literally on Lake Ontario. Property is equipped well and is well maintained. Good parking and Wellington itself is a great place to stay with plenty of eateries , a brewery and decent supermarket. The owners provide great communication and live locally if needed.

Perfect vacation

Charming little cottage in a quiet and beautiful area. Almost erything you need is a little walk away. Grocery store, beach, restaurants, ice cream, stores, bike rental,etc.

Lovely vacation spot

Our family of four had a great time at this vacation home. The location is perfect for walking to groceries or the park, and a quick drive to wineries or Sandbanks. Beautiful waterfront views from the main floor rooms and deck. Lots of space for everyone and everything we needed to cook our own meals. This home is well cared for, and Jasna the owner was great.

Lovely cottage by the lake

Very well located in cozy Wellington, quiet 1942 cottage with a parking lot, solar room and deck with view on the lake. We are regular visitors and it is one of the best place we stayed. One suggestion: a season pass for the park would have been appreciated as the park was full booked on our last day ( and only sunny day ) ...

Really lovely 19th century cottage, with beautiful views of Lake Ontario.

Listing description was very accurate, property is clean and well-maintained. The owner, Jasna, was wonderful and provided excellent and thoughtful service and support. I would definitely recommend this property to friends/relatives. Since it is located in (very pedestrian friendly) old downtown Wellington, there are lots of great amenities within a block or two.

30 and happy

We were there to have an weekend getaway for our friend who just turned 30 years old. We wanted to go swim, shop around, walk and read books by the water. We did ALL THAT and had a blast. Really loved it all.

Beautiful spot!

Great cottage and location. Wish we could have stayed longer and the weather was better. Only issue is we were not told that they did not provide bath towels and since we were already on the road when we revived that info...We contacted host and they did provide towels for us...

Lake Ontario Panorama

Beautiful view of the lake, the tranquil sound of the waves lapping at the shore and a slight breeze , you would almost think you were on sea shore. Rustic decorum, great ! great room with plenty of space, fantastic view supplied by an abundance of windows . Another plus is : a short walking distance from the main street in Wellington.

Amazing location and property.

What a lovely place to stay. So close to the water and right in town. We enjoyed the back deck in the sun for coffee and snacks in the morning. Access to the water to swim and paddle board was just across the road. The sunroom was a nice place to gather to share some wines of the region and snacks before we walked to the restaurants in town for dinner. Amazing views from all the windows. We loved this place and will be back. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.

Weekend in Wellington

The property is absolutely perfect for a weekend in Wellington/PEC. It was shoulder season, but there were more than enough shops open and amenities within a short walk that you don't ever need your car after arriving. The home is lovely for 6 adults, well appointed kitchen, clean bathrooms, charming living/dining room and beautiful views of the lake and what is essentially a private beach right out the front door. We will be back.

Our Prince Edward County mini holiday

We were 6 seniors who like to get away for a few days every now and then. West Water Place was perfect for us. The sunroom was the main get-together place. We take turns cooking, and the kitchen worked very well for our needs. One thing - we would have liked to open the windows in the downstair bedroom, but was not possible.
