Accommodations were great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. House was bigger than we realized. We brought air mattresses for some of the kids but didn’t need them. Our group of 10 (3 families) had more than enough room and loved it!

Wow! This home is absolutely beautiful & perfect for a large family vacation! We loved the convenient location to the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum & downtown ball parks for our visit. The house is VERY comfortable for lots of adults & children to have room to stretch out & relax and the in-ground pool was SO much fun for everyone to enjoy.Communication with the host is excellent. The home is VERY clean & located in a quiet, small-town feel neighborhood perfect for any occasion. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience for our family! :)

The house is huge and had plenty of room for our family (10 people) and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We loved the piano. We were there in December so we could not use the pool but it looked nice and was easily accessible. Check-in was simple and the host, Patrick, was very responsive.

The Unique Luxury Family Retreat was just that!*HOST - Great at communicating and providing information!*HOME - beautiful, luxurious, quiet, comfortable!SURROUNDING AREA - very quiet and beautiful. Two lovely small towns nearby. Lesko Park and Triple Whipple Bridge were nice for walking.*FOOD - Alejandra's Mexican Restaurant (dinner) and Main Street Diner (Mayberry feel and all Day breakfast)!!*ROOMS - spacious, very clean, comfortable, CLOSETS, and accommodating. Kitchen freezer - water frozen on the coils. No big deal, bought a bag of ice. One upstairs bedroom had black flying bugs (stingers? I don't know). Immediate, easy remedy available for this also. However, the individual in this room was too panicked to stay in it. She moved to the couch. Nice office with fireplace was cozy for watching the sunrise and for reading. Downstairs Jack and Jill bathroom door was difficult to maneuver. 2nd lower level bathroom was used mostly due to ease of use and great wall heater!! First floor and Lower level "Great rooms" were nice for gatherings.*TVs - everywhere. Excellent for those who like this. The few that we did use were nice and Smart casting/viewing was awesome for watching live church services and Bible Study classes!!!POOL - Too cool to use but, nice enough to sit near, read and enjoy the beauty of the landscape.We ALL enjoyed this property and we want to stay here again...SOON There's more that I want to say but, there's not enough space...🤩

The amenities were great! The house was enormous and fit everyone comfortably! The host was wonderful! Answered any questions I had while we were there. They also went above and beyond when I accidentally left a bag of unwashed clothes. They had it mailed to me in a timely fashion. That really stood out to me. As a mom of 4 children a missing bag of clothes is a huge loss. They were a superior host!

Beautiful home with a very unique lay out allowing everyone to have their own space. Was perfect for our annual girls trip! Seeing the deer come in the yard for the fruit tree was awesome. Very nice neighbors, and others while out enjoying a walk. We will be back next year!!
