This modern, sun-drenched home offers full tranquility as well as quick and easy access to the downtown area. It includes a home theater with a projector so you can relax and melt the problems of the day away. Enjoy a newly renovated kitchen space and a to-die-for walk-in shower experience in the master suite. For location, you will be 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from Downtown Austin.
The space
The space:
The home has 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as a huge living room with vaulted ceilings. There's more than enough space for all (11 ft of couch space just in the living room).

The huge spa hot tub comfortably sits 9 people and has numerous features, such as a waterfall setting, LED lights, and a total of 59 jets. Also, there is a yoga and meditation room in the to complete the whole spa experience!


The setup for the 3 bedrooms are 1 Cali King bed in the master bedroom, the front guest bedroom has 1 full bed and 2 XL twin beds, in the back guest bedroom has a full bed and a full size futon that lays flat and with extra blankets and pillows. In total, 5 beds, 1 full size futon that lays flat and is very comfortable, 1 full size Chinese floor mattress, and 3 big couches that are all close to a full size mattress.

For the living room: The 6ft 6in long couch in the living room is super comfortable to sleep on, as well as an additional 2 more comfortable couches in the living room. In addition, there is a Chinese floor mattress that's a full-size mattress if needed. The home sleeps 12-13 people comfortably depending on your sleeping options.

Any guests that attempts to sneak any pets inside the will be charged immediately. Fees will vary $250-$850.
Guest access
There is parking in the driveway in front of the main house. There are 3-4 car spots there as well as 4-5 street parking spot that are available. All parking is free, no meter.
Other things to note
Disclosure: The front yard and the back yard are getting renovated at this time and it should be completed very soon. It will not affect your stay at all and yes the hot tub is running great.
