Unwind in Seminole at this lovely house. With 4 bedrooms including 2 bunk beds, king bed, queen bed, and double queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy all that Seminole has to offer when you stay at our place.

Property Highlights:

• Fully renovated 4bedroom 2 bathroom house with Pool.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds
• Bedroom 4: two twin/twin bunk beds

• Pool space is covered with lanai

• NOT A SPA:
Please note that the spa area does not have a different temp setting than the pool. The spa is NOT a hot tub and does not have temperatures different than the pool water. If you require a hot tub this is not the home for you.

• We do not provide firewood. If you want to use the fire pit, bundles of wood can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.

Close to everything we needed

I planned this trip for my birthday for me and my family so we could have a good time without going far. The pool was amazing and although the hot tub wasnt hot We definitely still enjoyed the water. The temperatur was amazing. Clean up and decorating was seemless and the owners were amazing letting us extend for a few hours on the last day. Truly made my birthday amazing!

Family trip

The house was clean but it seemed to have a heavy amount of mold. We have pretty bad allergies so that made the stay a little uncomfortable. Some of the items like corn hole and toys outside were not there. Overall a nice stay.

This home is definitely set up for a great family vacation. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 and my Mom. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our extended stay. You could tell that previous renters had abused the property, but was otherwise well maintained. The pool and spay were clean and the kids had a blast playing all week long. The location of the house couldn't have been better for our needs. Just 15mins from our favorite beach and 20mins from all our family and friends. The neighborhood was quite and everyone was friendly as we went on our family walks in the evening. The only downside was the construction going on down the street.

Unacceptable!!

We arrived excited for our stay, only to be met with an incredibly disappointing and unsanitary environment. The pool and hot tub were visibly filthy, covered in algae and debris, clearly not maintained or cleaned prior to our check-in. Inside wasn’t any better — broken fixtures, stained carpets, dirty floors, and damaged furniture and walls were everywhere.We documented everything with photos and videos because the condition of the property was absolutely not what was advertised. We didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying here and immediately notified the owner, requesting a refund.This experience not only ruined the start of our trip but also forced us to scramble to find last-minute accommodations for a group of 7 wasting valuable vacation time and money.VRBO should not allow properties like this to remain listed without accountability.

Needs some easy to fix upgrades

Upon arrival we found the grass was overgrown unlike the rest of the neighborhood. Entering the home it looked clean. Found pool to be green & cloudy...not ready for use. We had contacted owner 3 days prior after seeing previous guests review & asked him to take care of this pool issue before we arrived...he did not. Both showers have poor water pressure, very difficulty to wash soap off body let alone shampoo out of hair. We contacted owner, he did have the grass cut next day We contacted him daily about the pool, he was responsive & sent out pool person, blaming the pool condition on the rain. (Our pool never looks like that from rain) Pool person told us they informed the owner he needed to replace the filter a while ago but he never authorized it. My daughter called the pool maintenance company & told them to replace the filter. It was finally replaced on day 5 of our vacation & pool cleared up within hours. We only had use of pool for 1 eve & 2 days of our 7 day stay. On day 2 we asked for a refund of 5 days so we could move to a new place we found but owner refused so we had to stay. Only offer was for a 200 refund that I have yet to see. The owner seems nice & responds quickly but needs to put more care into property.

Short Stay

We had kids of all ages. We were so happy to see the pack n play and high chair. There were enough beds to fit everyone without feeling crowded. The kiddos loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
