Very vibey & comfortable. I enjoyed my stay w my friends & we had a pretty good time. Stores was close so it wasn't were no worries we kept saving money because the gas station was right there so we didn't need any groceries lol! other then that I enjoyed it, I would recommend & do it this stay again thank you again Charmaine!

We chose not to stay here as we felt the area was not safe for our kids. We also felt that the description of "walking nearby attractions" was not correct. The "beach" was on the other side of an industrial steel company. The "house" was dated and had paper over windows. Cracks in the walls and ceiling. It looked clean, but we would rather have thrown away our 800, then stay there.

The air conditioning was not functioning, very low water pressure in both bathrooms, shower was just a trickle, toilets wouldn't fill up with water, only 1 route of emergency exit was the front door, kitchen door was bolted shut, no exit in the basement other than the stairs to the kitchen, windows didn't open, amenities were not what was listed on vrbo.

Short stay but cozy

Overall, we had a good stay. It was close distance to places we needed to get to. Everything seemed to be about 10 minutes away for the most part. The unit itself was clean and generally well kept. The check in and out instructions were clear and the host was very responsive. Keep in mind it is a townhome so it is a shared home but the unit itself was well maintained. We were mostly in the unit to sleep but it is a good size space for a small family.

Accommodating

We will definitely book again! Charmaine was very accommodating and quick to respond! She was also very helpful finding another rental as my husband had to extend his stay and hers was not available longer! She went above and beyond for us!

Location

The property itself was ver clean just an older house. Very clean! The neighborhood was a little questionable for families who have never travelex to that area from a rural area. The stay was good and worked for what we needed!
