Second Stay, Good as the First

This was our second stay in this house. Everything went very well. Clean, great furnishings, well-managed, smooth communication. We rented a boat this time and the owner permitted us to tie off at their dock - if boating is your thing, it's a great way to see this area. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place

We were so pleased with everything about this house. It is a beautiful place that overlooks the canal and it was so relaxing just to sit and watch all the boats as well as the dolphins every day! It’s a perfect location and you can easily get to Marco Island and Naples for shopping and boating excursions. The house itself was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. We plan to go back again.

Boating Paradise

What an amazing stay, we had five amazing days taking boating trips out into the 10,000 islands and the gulf area. We enjoyed the home and having everything we needed for long daily boating trips. The built-in icemaker was a wonderful surprise. We always had plenty of ice for our coolers on our boating trips. The property was very accommodating, and we felt as though the host cared about us and took care of us. The heated pool was very nice after a long day on the boat. The fishing off the dock was also a lot of fun.Thanks for sharing your home!

Great Rental!

This is a beautiful, canal front home with lots of amenities many rentals do not offer. Kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were easy to communicate with on the check in and depature. The pool was a little smaller than expected but wonderfully heated with a great view of the boats hoing by.

Great house

We had a very nice and peaceful stay in this wonderful home. Clean, well-appointed with quality appliances and furnishings. The area is quiet and relaxed but still a short drive to Naples or Marco Island if you need that day at the beach or a night out. Otherwise, the area has several casual restaurants within an easy walk or very short drive. The heated pool was great and the peace and quiet were welcome. Excellent communication with property owners and management made the trip easy. We look forward to returning. The only caution I’d offer is that the backyard ends at a seawall with a significant drop to the canal below – so, maybe not the best place for young children. This place is an easy recommendation for us.

Nice place to stay on the water. If you like to fish and be near the water, this was a nice stay.
