What an amazing place!!! We went as two families celebrating a 50th birthday for a friend. The amenities are incredible and so much fun for kids and adults alike! And the house is completely updated/new, with any cooking items you’d need/want, and perfectly laid out. Close to grocery and liquor stores. and gas station. Communication was extremely responsive and effective. Would stay here again for sure!

Such a perfect place to vacation! A huge game room and so much to do outside as well. Beautiful pool and plenty of activities to keep kids and adults busy. House was so nice and comfortable. Can’t worst to go back again!

Even better than the pictures! The property manager was great at communicating and helped us any time we needed. The property is amazing, the kids had so much with all the amenities and the grown ups too! Only 10 min drive to the beach

Beautiful house, lots to do and keep the toddler entertained. 10/10 recommend, and definitely will be back!

Since you last visited we’ve been at work here at Seaside Boca and we added a few new amenities like Bikes to stroll around, a Giant outdoor Chess Game to play while at the pool, Paddle Boards to use at the beach among others; we hope to see you again soon to enjoy our improved outdoors!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, we could tell this place was thoughtfully designed for comfort and fun. The amenities truly set it apart — the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, the game room and mini golf were such a fun bonus for everyone. There was never a dull moment!The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The spa-like shower felt luxurious after long days, and the mattress was one of the most comfortable we’ve slept on — we all rested so well.Every detail made this stay feel special, comfortable, and effortless. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines relaxation, entertainment, and comfort all in one!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! It was the perfect getaway for our trip with friends. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable — the beds were especially cozy, which made it easy to fully relax.The amenities really made it stand out. We loved spending time in the hot tub and hanging out by the pool with the Bluetooth speaker system — it made the whole experience feel like our own private resort. The mini golf setup was such a fun and unique touch, and we found ourselves playing it multiple times throughout the stay.Everything felt thoughtfully set up and welcoming. It was the perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable place to stay with friends!

We absolutely loved this house and backyard and will definitely be returning. Huge backyard with so much fun for the whole family- heated pool/jacuzzi, amazing mini golf course, fire pit, and soccer/volleyball turf field! Not to mention a massive downstairs game space with ALL the games to keep the kids and adults entertained- basketball, ping pong, air hockey and more. The upstairs living space is beautiful. Clean kitchen with 3 different options for coffee lovers and brand new appliances. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were the most comfortable!!! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed exploring all the local beaches. The cherry on top was working with the owner and property manager - incredibly gracious hosts with prompt communication and 5-star customer service to make sure your stay is perfect. I cannot say enough about this home, and we will absolutely be returning in the future! Thanks for a GREAT spring break experience!

Beautiful and so much fun.!!

This house was beyond of what we expected. It’s so much fun if you have children or very competitive family with all the fun game and entertainment they have. Great size pool and what can I say about the hot tub and the sauna. Amazing.!! Also a small mini golf and a soccer field for great outdoor entertainment.! There are tvs everywhere in the house so where ever you are you can’t miss your favorite game. The whole house was super clean at arrival and that’s a huge plus especially for my wife. The neighborhood is so quiet that makes the relax mode a better experience. The owners are very attentive and ready for any support or back up. Thank you nick and your family for letting us stay in your beautiful home.!! We will be back.!!
