Welcome to 58 Marmot Circle, a luxurious mountain retreat at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, where alpine charm meets modern comfort. Just a mile from the lively Village, this new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure alike. Located 1 mile from the village, this home is an ideal family retreat during ski season or for summer getaways.
Park in the garage and unload. The entry level has a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, full bath and laundry room. The spacious garage outfitted with a ski gear area includes boot and helmet dryers, ensuring your gear is ready for each new day on the slopes.
The second floor hosts two serene bedrooms, each with a plush Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a smart TV as well.
