Love this Place

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely! Here’s a polished version that keeps your warm, positive tone while mentioning the issues constructively:We loved our stay and absolutely love this place! The location is so convenient, especially being on the first floor of the building. It makes getting to the pool and ocean so easy, which is especially nice for our family.We also love all of the amenities. The putt-putt and pickleball are such a fun treat and give our family even more to enjoy during our stay.The only issue we experienced this year was that management forgot to provide dishwasher detergent, blankets, and laundry detergent. I called to let them know, and they said they would bring them, but unfortunately, they never came. That was a little disappointing and inconvenient.Overall, though, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. We love this place and its location and would definitely stay again!

Best Condo EVER

Wow! This condo and Tops’l in general are amazing. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, is beautifully decorated, and very clean. The pools are awesome and beach access is super convenient! The host is so kind and very easy to communicate with. We LOVED everything about our stay and hope to return again! Thanks for helping our family have a wonderful vacation.

Perfect!

We’ve stayed at tides multiple times and always choose different rooms. This room was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in and they left little bags with laundry pods and dishwasher pods, I thought that was so thoughtful! Nicely updated and quick responses when we had questions. Although this room doesn’t have an ocean view, It’s VERY convenient. First room off the elevator and so close to the pool. Would be a great option if you had small children with you!

Great home away from home

Love the place, it is updated and modern. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and clean. There is no view of the water, but the patio was large with lots of seating areas. We spent many nights hanging out in the patio. My one gripe, kitchen was missing a spatula/turner. The unit is close to the elevator which is a good or bad thing. We only use it to get to the car. Otherwise , no need for an elevator to the beach since unit is on the first floor. We used the pool once, it was pretty nice. Ordered drinks from the blue dunes grill several times, pricey but good. Tried to order food, service was verrrryyy ssllllllowwww we gave up. We did not get to use the tennis court or other amenities. Overall, great place to stay.

Perfect location!!

Didn’t have high hopes since we booked so late in the season and the map made it look like it was further away from the beach. But it was the complete opposite! Perfect spot and great food at the restaurants on the property! No view of the ocean but the amenities made up for it!

Condo was Perfect! Bunk beds in second room instead of twin beds. Walking distance to pools and beach. Great food, awesome staff!

It was a short but very nice stay at the condo. Very impressed with the entire resort. Would come back again and would highly recommend to others.

Great Vacation Home

This was everything we hope it would be. Clean, comfy, cozy and well equipped with anything of which we could have need. The location is great and the sitting area outside was an added plus. We will definitely be back to this location.

Perfect

This was a last minute booking due to a hurricane canceling our trip to another state. Absolutely loved the condo! The layout was perfect for us. Loved that both rooms were next to the door. The condo was clean and beautiful. Quick walk down to the beach. You are on the level to the walkway, so no elevator! The place has a great pool, 2 restaurants, and a bar by the pool, along with beach service. Loved that it’s gated. Would definitely recommend this unit and Vacasa was amazing getting us rescheduled so quickly.

Great Location near beach at Sandestin

The condo is just a short 3 minutes walk from the pool and then another 2 minutes you are on the beach. The first floor location means you don't have to take the elevator every time you come and go. The condo is large and the deck is very nice.

Beautiful condo - highly recommended!

This condo is beautifully decorated, completely updated, & fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The walk to the pool/beach is short which was perfect for my family with a toddler in tow and being 8 months pregnant. We have found our perfect beach getaway and will be back to rent this condo again and again.
