We really enjoyed this house. It was the perfect size for the 7 of us. Got to meet the owner and she was very nice and helpful. We loved that the house was close to the water and the dock was lighted and very well built. We would for sure stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful views of the lake, spacious house with tons of extras. Great hot tub, awesome kitchen and plenty of space to relax. Loved spending time on the back porch and the private dock. Definitely recommend! If your ever there go into the cute little town and eat at Luigi’s it was amazing.

Wonderful time at this beautiful lake house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the host was very kind. We loved that the home was stocked with all the things we needed, including towels and toiletries in case someone forgot something. The kitchen was amazing in the backyard even better!

Fun weekend

First time in 17 years my brothers and sister with our spouses have been able to all be together under the same roof. The house was perfect. Great spaces with plenty of room . We spent most of our daytime out side enjoying the backyard on the decks or in the hot tub.

When we checked to the space it did not look as good as we imagined based off the pictures. We looked more around the place and took videos and pictures of what looked like past guests items in the fridge. The more we looked into the cabin most of the items were broken like the ping pong table, and darts. While we walked around the area we could find multiple dead bugs on the walls crushed or even in the bathroom. Not to mention one of the showers did not close enough to not get water out of the standing shower area since the house needed foundation work. We found ourselves not enjoying the vacation as much as we should have since we were also told to get a refund on some of the cabin we needed to clean, and not a bad review after 14 days (which had based and still no refund). When we spoke to the host about the issue about the filth the response was “how high are your expectations for a clean cabin.” we were taken aback because that’s not how you should talk to a guest especially with a complaint. We do not recommend this cabin for anyone we have rented other cabins, and they were much cleaner with better customer service.

By far the worst guests I have ever hosted. From the moment they checked in, they immediately started looking for excuses to demand money back. They falsely claimed the refrigerator was “dirty” because it contained condiments like ketchup, jam, and BBQ sauce intentionally left for guest use — not trash or leftover food. They demanded a large cleaning refund, refused my offer of a full refund to leave immediately, and later still left a retaliatory negative review. After checkout, the property was left in terrible condition: filthy floors, messy beds, damaged drawers, and a broken ping pong table net. They also completely ruined the hot tub water to the point it smelled strongly like urine and change to yellow/green ish. The brand-new filter I had just installed became dirtier than the old filter I had used for years, and the water could not even be cleaned properly. I had to fully drain and refill the entire hot tub, and I documented everything with photos. These guests also falsely claimed damages already existed before arrival, which is absolutely untrue. I strongly warn other hosts to avoid renting to them. In my experience, they damaged property, tried to pressure for refunds, and left dishonest retaliatory reviews. They were saying this the first time they book a house online when they book my place, now they saying they been other houses and all better??? I have no problem refund them the cleaning fee if they left house clean and tie as they said who they were.

Property was not very clean inside there were hairs in two of the bathroom showers and we encountered some ants spiders and crickets. I’m assuming because it’s by the lake but probably could afford to be sprayed for bugs. Also, there were a lot of things not working. The one smoke detector did not have a battery in it, the freezer in the kitchen did not work. The air conditioner did not cool. The front bedroom well at all, though we went and bought a 9 V battery for the smoke detectorput it in because we’re rather cautious about that and there is lots of junk in the cabinets and drawers. They are in need of some more bath towels also there were only two for each bedroom and for that many people for three days just wasn’t enough. I was impressed with all the space in the kitchen, which was very helpful for us because we were there for a wedding and had to do baking for it. But we were disappointed in the other things mentioned above.

This was a wonderful, spacious house with all the amenities. Loved the private dock even though we didn’t have much luck fishing! Would definitely rent this house again.

Pet friendly rental on the lake with a nice dock to fish from. Area for kids to swim an around the dock. Plenty of room for large family gatherings.
