Overall, property was nice. Kitchen was well appointed, and recently remodeled. Upstairs bath was the same and beds were very comfortable. The only complaint that I might have was that it was quite warm upstairs, which is where I slept.

Really spacious yet cozy home near pill hill, St. Mary’s, and close to walking trails. We loved the cozy living room after a days worth of medical appointments and the location can’t be beat. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the historic character of the home.

Thank you, great place to stay if you want to be near the mayo. Also very close to the mall and other stores. Place was very well maintained and clean. Would recommend again.

Charming cottage was just as was listed on vrbo listing…It is cute and comfortable, had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay. Appreciated the parking available as was able to leave car there and walk to St Mary’s. The host of this vrbo was very helpful and responded very timely to messages sent to him. I would definitely stay there again.

Super Comfy!

What a wonderful cozy place to stay. This house met all of our needs. The bed was soft and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean and neat. I loved the extra touch provided by all of the extra soft throw blankets. And you can't beat the convenient location.

House was great for our 6 senior family members. We especially enjoyed the back yard, and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cookware and utensils.Communication through the VRBO website was difficult before our arrival. It was confusing that we received emails from three different named individuals. I assume this was an issue with updating VRBO info but was confusing during the reservation stage.. Our only issue was that there were no lightbulbs in one of the baths. And the lamps in the bedrooms were unplugged (not sure if this is normal practice?). This would have been difficult had we arrived after dark. Brett was responsive when contacted and arranged to have replacement bulbs supplied.All in all a great stay.

House was great. Super convenient for our trip to Mayo. One thing that stood out was the appliances, utensils, and other amenities. It’s not often you find a rental with all of that nice equipment; makes things very easy for the stay.How was very clean, everything worked well. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. No issues at all.The only thing I would call out is the size of the shower in the downstairs bathroom. It worked just fine but it’s very small. Doesn’t affect the house by any means but would be something I’d call out in the listing.

Great property near st. Mary's

My adult kids and I stayed a week while my husband was in the hospital. Short walk to st Mary's saved us from trying to find parking. Had one issue that the property manager promptly worked with me to resolve. Plenty of parking in the new concrete driveway. Cute older house nicely remodeled.

Zones Age Group Swim Competition

We had a wonderful stay for the Zones Championship Swim meet for our two 14 year old swimmers. The house was perfect. It was exceptionally clean and provided us with great space, bathroom products and plenty of towels/washcloths for the 5 day stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and allowed us to get plenty of rest for our long days at the pool. The kitchen had just what we needed to stay in some nights and cook nice dinners for our group. The location was close to everything we needed. We also had fun going downtown for a festival, shopping and fine dining. Also, it provided a place for fantastic group pictures to provide memories of our trip.

The house proved to be a very good place for us to stay (5 adults). It was clean, quiet, and in a good location. Communications with the owner prior to our stay were excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy. We were visiting a family member in Rochester, and we did not use all of the amenities that were available. But the house is well-equipped.The house is old and the floors and stairway were squeaky. That was not a problem for us, but could be for some. The shower in the main-floor bathroom was quite small and did not have grab bars. The refrigerator leaked water twice during our stay. We were not able to identify the exact cause, but suspect it was from an automatic defrost cycle which did not drain properly. We reported that to the owner, but did not get a reply.
