Property was very close to our destination so that made it easy.Parking was a bit of a walk and is extra cost so budget that in to your stay.All in all a good location if you want to be close to central Austin.

As pictured, but…

Although the loft-style apartment was exactly as pictured, several of the pictures themselves are of the common areas, lobby, etc. It took several messages back and forth to the host to get information as it appears that AI is used and I would get a response that was plagiarized from the listing but not answering the question, until later when an actual person would answer. This “home away from home” was NOT warm and friendly, it was sparsely decorated with minimal provisions. The large chef’s kitchen had nothing to use in the oven, not even aluminum foil, with a few pots/pans for the stove. The coffee was in the lobby, another whole building away, and was NOT free, so plan on getting dressed before your first cup. There’s no coffee maker or tea kettle in the kitchen..no toaster, mixer, blender, wine glass, storage wrap/containers, cutting boards or knives. Think 4 glasses, 4 bowls, plates, salad plates, knives, forks (plus 2 salad forks), spoons, salt and pepper…nada mas! Not that we needed a high chair, but it’s listed but not there. There were 2 adults there for 7 nights; we were allocated 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 3 face clothes for the week. Yes, there’s a washer and dryer, but no laundry supplies.The shower and bathroom floors are slippery when wet and the shower drain cover was loose and slid right off. The hook for the towel is behind the shower door, no way to get it without getting out on the wet, slippery floor. Very sparse and minimal, except for codes!
