Absolutely divine location on the beach was just what we could have wished for. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. Lovely house with updated bathrooms and a nice open and airy feel. Slept well and would highly recommend to any family groups wanting a prime beach house.

The house was perfect for our annual family beach house vacation. Chris was very helpful with any questions I had prior to arrival. Love the short walk to the beach. Hope to be back next year.

Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was great. The location was perfect, just steps off the beach. Gulf and wave views from most of the rooms so even when the weather was bad we could still enjoy. Having a fenced in yard was a huge plus, and the yard was really large. We would rent here again.

Beautiful home with breathtaking sunrise views. Directly on beach with easy access. Everything was in great condition; each room had its own bathroom and smart tv; very modern lighting and fans in each room; kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies, including even a crock pot! Easily accessible to local dining and grocery, as well. Hosts were great and very responsive. We would definitely choose this home again!

The most well-maintained property we have rented in the Galveston area. NO cracks in the walls, water stains on ceiling, soft spots on floor, all things we've encountered in other places. We had a beeping fire alarm. Management sent someone right away to correct it. Loved the fence surrounding the property. Everything was clean and fresh. Each bedroom has its own bath...plus there's a half bath on the he first floor. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach is easily accessible, clean and not crowded. All in all, a great stay. Thanks Chris. Two thumbs up!

We loved our stay at this home and it was perfect for our family weekend. It was clean and well stocked. We especially loved that the three main rooms had a king sized bed and all the bedrooms have their own bathroom plus the downstairs half bath. The fenced in yard was great too! It was beachfront which was convenient but you have to go over the dunes to get to the beach. Our path was a little grown over and since the state protects sand dunes they aren’t able to trim it but our neighbors were kind enough to let us use their walkover. The house had so much space for our family. We would highly recommend this home. Chris was super responsive when we messaged and we appreciated the clear communication through the whole process.
