We really enjoyed our stay! The property was just like in the photos. It was larger than we expected. The location and neighborhood was perfect, less than 7 minutes from our event location. A smooth drive to downtown.Everyone we come to Huntsville, we will check availability before booking a hotel. Thank you for making my Mother's 90th Birthday Celebration easy for our family.

We had an excellent stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. TV in every room and comfortable beds. The only thing that I would change is the furniture in the downstairs living room. It is cute, but is not comfortable. However, I would definitely stay here again.

Huntsville Visit

Visited Huntsville to see great-niece perform at a dance recital. The property was easy to locate and in a quiet, neat suburb. It was spacious, clean and the host left snacks juice, water and other items. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

This place is fibe if all you need is a bed and kitchen. However the seating wasn't comfortable or practical for relaxing and socializing.

We had a great stay here in Huntsville. It was a spacious property that was perfect for us going back and forth from a swim meet. About 15 mins from downtown. Kids had plenty of space to run around and play. It is a little sparsely furnished for the amount of space in the common areas but it worked for us and great for the price! All needed kitchen items were there, great dining table and bar for meals, and communication was great!

Easy to find, easy entry, quiet neighborhood, and clean. My only negative is the living room furniture is terrible, it's not comfortable to sit and enjoy TV or visiting with family. It's sad that such a big space is wasted with 3 pieces of fancy boutique type furniture. We had to hang upstairs to be able to sit together and watch TV/visit. We did enjoy the house and next time we come to AL we will get this house overall is a great place to stay. Owner replies quickly and helps with any questions.

Solid Stay

The house is in a neighborhood. Although it looks relatively new, some things aren't in great shape. The bathroom door wouldn't latch. There appeared to be a bunch of the owner's personal belongings that were left. The furniture is extremely sparse and the downstairs "living room" has what might be the least comfortable sitting area for watching tv that I've ever seen. Upstairs, there is one bedroom that is furnished with two others that are not and those had various items in them. Overall, it was a solid stay. The price was right.

(2/5)Our recent stay was disappointing due to the overall cleanliness of the home.Upon arrival, we immediately found several issues throughout the property, including hair inside bathroom drawers, personal items left behind from previous guests, an upstairs toilet with visible residue, a dirty microwave, and a refrigerator and freezer that did not appear to have been properly cleaned. As we continued inspecting the home, we found heavy dust and grime on the baseboards, cobwebs and spiders in several corners, dirty window sills and tracks, and stained walls that appeared to need fresh paint.The amount of dust and buildup throughout the home suggested these were not isolated issues from the previous guest, but areas that had not received a thorough deep cleaning in quite some time. The condition of the property made us uncomfortable, and we honestly did not feel comfortable taking our shoes off inside the home.To the host’s credit, he responded promptly after we reported our concerns. However, we were unable to reach a resolution directly. We ultimately contacted Vrbo, provided photographs taken immediately upon arrival, and after reviewing the situation, Vrbo assisted us in obtaining a partial refund.The home itself has potential, and the extra bedroom the host allowed us to use was appreciated. However, cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any vacation rental, and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.

Since your stay, I’ve taken the following steps: I am in the process of replacing the cleaning team and implemented a documented, itemized turnover checklist (including drawers, appliances, window tracks, and baseboards). Scheduled quarterly deep cleans and immediate repainting/touch-ups of stained walls. Cleared and audited all storage areas to ensure no personal items are left behind. The home should feel clean and welcoming from the moment guests step inside—shoes off and stress off—and I’m sorry we missed that for you. Thank you for noting the home’s potential and the extra bedroom; that courtesy will remain available when possible. If you choose to return, I’d be honored to offer a discounted future stay so you can experience the improvements firsthand.

The house was exactly what was posted. The kitchen was well stocked above most places I have stayed. The house was very spacious and perfect for me and the athlete I had with me. It was easy to keep clean. The distance to the training gym was not bad at all. The location made it easy to maneuver to anywhere we wanted to go.
