A804 è un condominio di lusso con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni all'ottavo piano della Avalon Tower presso il Beach Club. Dal balcone, si ha una bellissima vista diretta sul Golfo del Messico, una spiaggia di sabbia bianca incontaminata, la passerella per la spiaggia e le splendide piscine Avalon.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e confina con il balcone e il bagno con doppio lavabo principale con una grande vasca idromassaggio con doccia. La camera degli ospiti est ha un letto matrimoniale e confina con il proprio bagno privato con una cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti West ha 2 letti singoli e confina con il bagno del corridoio con un set vasca / doccia. Il divano si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. Quindi l'unità può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone.

La cucina ha ripiani in granito ed è dotata di elettrodomestici di dimensioni complete. Gli armadi sono completamente riforniti con piatti e pentole. Piccoli elettrodomestici nel condominio includono caffettiera, frullatore, tostapane, mixer, ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli.

Al momento della prenotazione di questo appartamento, avrai accesso alle strutture private della Clubhouse con una tariffa giornaliera opzionale per i giorni che scegli, pagabili di persona, al Club Desk. Questa tassa d�� a tutti nel condominio l'accesso alla piscina coperta, centro fitness, sala giochi, spogliatoio con sauna, piscina all'aperto, vasca idromassaggio, piscina per bambini, intrattenimento a bordo piscina, tiki bar e grill.

Senza la tariffa giornaliera, hai ancora accesso al ristorante, al salone e al centro benessere all'interno della club house e al ristorante e ai negozi nella parte anteriore della proprietà. Inoltre si ha accesso alle piscine ai piedi delle torri e dei marciapiedi con docce. Ci sono servizi igienici e fontane d'acqua vicino all'ingresso della hall di ogni torre.

Sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni sono disponibili insieme a noleggio spiaggia, parasailing e passeggiate attraverso il bagnino.

Una volta che entri nel Beach Club Resort, puoi parcheggiare e non entrare pi�� nel tuo veicolo fino al momento della partenza. Seaonally, il tram attraversa la propriet��!

Portare asciugamani da spiaggia, cibo, bevande, ghiacciaia, crema solare e articoli da toeletta, prodotti di carta e detersivi. C'è un set iniziale di alcuni articoli per farti passare il primo giorno.

The location and view is perfect! The place could definitely be updated but it serves the purpose. We had trouble with our door code when arriving and unfortunately it was at 3:30 in the morning but the property manager took our call and got us in with a new code. The tv’s in the bedrooms would not work but a tech person was sent up to fix them. Overall I would give it 5 stars because of the location and good communication.

Very nice resort and accommodations.

This was our first time staying in a resort like the Beach Club. It was very nice. The accommodations were very nice, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The entire area was very well maintained. We were very pleased.

Other than the hassle with daily construction it was a Great stay.

Wonderful/ Beautiful location and the property was clean. Definitely family friendly. Great Staff. We were very impressed with how fast a rowdy group of neighbors were quieted down without having to report. Thank you!

It has been many years since we have been to Ft. Morgan. It was great to go back

Unit was very clean. Plenty of kitchen ware to use. We had 8 in our group and had plenty of room for all. Very nice pool. Easy access to the beach. Will defiantly plan a return trip.

Enjoyable stay for the fourth

The condo had enough room for 6 adults and a child. The condo was clean and had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and loved viewing the fireworks from the large balcony. The price was reasonable and communicating with the office was quick. We had no issues during our stay and it was easy to purchase an additional parking pass on our way down via a quick text message to the realty company. We would stay at A804 or another Pam Martin property again.

Just as advertised

My wife and I spent the week with my son, his wife and our 2 grandkids. We had an awesome week! Plenty of room for the 6 of us! Absolutely problem free week! Beautiful veiws from the balcony. Very easy access to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

The view was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The ease of getting to the pool and beach we great. The mattresses were comfortable. Overall, the condo was clean. As a matter of review and input: the TVs were difficult to use bc they are older models ( the large one in the living room seemed to have a software issue. The Whitesky tech had to hardwire(?) to get it to work, the carpet looked dirty, we washed the duvet’s bc of stains, the kitchen was well stocked but there wasn’t room for groceries in the cabinets, the WiFi power strip got tripped( located near the floor in the closet) and was turned off for 6 of our 7 days. so we struggled with streaming and my husbands work computer most of the time( you helped us when we called ). The tech said it probably got tripped by someone’s luggage. We would have reported it earlier but did not realize we were piggy backing to a neighboring condo. Internet kept going in and out. We would like to rent there again but would have to have confidence in the WiFi bc my husband is always working. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service.

easy breezy

VRBO was a great booking experience. The condo was every thing we expected. The email correspondence with renter was easy. The condo had an entry code so check in was easy. Please note that this condo is 12 miles from gulf shores so trips to eat or shop are not close. Also, note that the resort has many amenities but several you have to pay extra for example the outside grill/bar/live music are in the private pool area which we did not have access to. The indoor pool is also in the private area. Have a blessed safe vacation time when and wherever you stay.

The Beach Club has three dining options with full bars so there is no need to drive! However, there are 3 restaurants within 10 minutes from the condo. The Sassy Bass has great fresh fish specials that rival the best I've ever had anywhere along the Gulf Coast. The Club's private amenities are very affordable and is generally about $30.00 per day per condo, not per person. So, its a great deal! A "5 Star" Review would have been better, but I'm so glad this guest enjoyed the condo and let everyone know!

Nice place with beautiful gulf view

The rental has really great potential! It was a good size for our family of 7. I love having 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves was soothing. The rental definitely needs some updating. The refrigerator was dilapidated and needs to be replaced. The range is an older electric one but it did work fine. The cleaners could do a little better job. I spent a some time cleaning countertops and cabinet fronts in kitchens and bathrooms. Toilet paper does not last long so make sure to bring your own. The can opener does not work so hopefully this gets read and a new one is purchased. There is no hand soap and very limited garbage bags. The televisions were older and several remotes did not match. The front door will not close and lock on its own unless you pull the door closed. The gym could only be used if you paid the extra $46/day and was generally very busy as well. But, if you purchase the day pass, you could also use the arcade, sauna, steam room and heated indoor pool. The pools were great but could use more lounge chairs. What we did not realize before we got to this property was that they do not allow partying spring breakers so it was very family friendly and safe! Hot tubs were not very big and were packed by young people often and hard to get in to them. Overall, we loved this property and would consider coming back. I would probably choose another unit though unless this one were to be updated.

Great family vacation.

Great, quite place for the family. 20-30 minutes from downtown gulf shores. Master mattress was horrible. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

Great view!!!

This is a very nice unit. The view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see dolphins, which is always a plus. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and is well stocked with equipment. The master bathroom has a big, deep tub. It was perfect for soaking. The water gets very hot, which is also good for soaking. There was always a good wifi connection. We would definitely stay here again.

Vintage relaxation

The location and condo was very nice. The furnishings were very dated but the space was plentiful. The view is amazing. Definitely a place to RELAX, no nightlife or noise. Everything closes at or before 9pm even on wknds. It was 6 of us for a girls trip, the home was perfect for that purpose.

This was our first time staying in a condo. We loved the resort. Our condo was beautiful, spacious and a gorgeous view of ocean. Our only negative would be having to fight for beach space.
