Very conveniently located. Plenty of room in the house and in a safe neighborhood. Televisions in all bedrooms and a large area for parking multiple vehicles. We would definitely stay here again.

The beds were super comfy with lots of pillows and thick comforters. It was a quiet neighborhood. We had 4 ladies so it was very spacious for us.

Nice house with plenty of room.

The house was good and served our needs. Bedrooms were good size and there was plenty of common areas. The listing needs to include the fact that there is a family that lives in the basement. That was quite the surprise when there were no parking spots the first 2 days and the family was having birthday parties those days. Also, the showers need some type of non-slip surface as they are extremely slick. Overall the house was good and filled our needs. Also not a huge fan of the automatic Ring security system.

Our family was attending a funeral so our visit was not for fun - the property was nice - well furnished - and the host was very nice. The kitchen could use a few more items - like a pitcher for tea. And there were no washcloths- but I spoke to the host and I think there will be moving forward.

Deceiving Listing- Overall Not A Great Experience

I honestly don’t have much good to say about this property. This listing is extremely deceiving. We believed we were getting an entire house. In actuality, it is a single family home with a basement unit. One of the reasons that we chose a house over a hotel was so our children could play outside. Unfortunately we did not feel comfortable doing this with other people staying there and not knowing anything about them. The listing also stated the house was updated. The carpet on the stairs was filthy, there was a dirty sock in one of the bedrooms, and the sheets in one of the rooms had black spots or mold on them. The setup was very odd. The bedrooms were numbered 1-4 on the bedroom doors. Each room had a keypad lock on them and latches on the inside, which we had to be careful with having children that they didn’t get shut in. There was a ring alarm system that automatically turned on from 10-6, which made it feel as though we had a curfew. The blinds were broken and several floor vents were bent into the floor. The upstairs was hot upon our arrival so we turned on the air conditioner so it would cool off to sleep. It never really did cool off even with ceiling fans and portable fans in each bedroom. One of the tubs had peeling paint in it and we were unable to give our children baths and had to have them shower with us. The shower smelt moldy. I will say that the host responded to questions and concerns but there wasn’t much that could be done with us all there already.
