Charming and cozy 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom all ground level, half duplex offering deep-water dockage. Located in fabulous Key Colony Beach. This home comes with access to Key Colony Cabana Club.

Key Colony Beach is a small, friendly, walkable island in the heart of Marathon, the Florida Keys. Located mere minutes from beaches, bike and running paths, golf courses, tennis courts, the Dolphin Research Center, Aquarium Encounters and the Turtle Hospital.

- Maximum Occupancy: 4

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location in the peaceful Key Colony Beach. The indoor space was perfect for us and the back patio area was fantastic. The best part was spending the mornings sitting under the tiki hut, eating a slice of key like pie for breakfast and just watching the water. As well as the evenings under the tiki hut, grilling and fishing! Great location, great amenities, and close to everything we’d possibly need

This was the 4th time we rented this property, so we knew what to expect. That we continue to return should say a lot about the place. It has become our go to for our trips to the Keys. We’ll be back.

Cozy

We loved our stay here, perfect location and all the amenities we needed. The backyard was fantastic and everything it had to offer. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay

This was our 3rd visit to this particular address, so we are quite familiar with the accommodations. The recent upgrades to the master suite and the dock were a nice addition. This unit is our preferred place to stay when we visit KCB. We will be back.

The house was clean and set up well. The location was excellent. Just a short ride to the ocean and fuel/bait dock at Capt Hooks. I was able to add The Boat House to my boat insurance and use the boat ramp there. It’s right there so it would be a good suggestion to let future travelers know. The ocean access was very close. The fishing off the dock was great as well!The freezer outside worked out great to keep ice/bait and freeze fish for returning home!The club pool and sunset beach were great as well. Really couldn’t ask for more!Just want to point out a couple of things about the house. Positives:The bed was the most comfortable bed in the world. Shower was awesome. The couch was soooo comphy. Grill worked well and the tiki hut was fabulous. Plenty of room in driveway to keep boat trailer and truck. Negatives:It would be nice to upgrade to smart TVs. Most folks can cast from their phones mainly to watch sports! HahaUpgrade toilets/mainly seats, the ones that close gently. Had to hold handle down a little long to flush and seats are low. Water pressure in master bathroom sink is not good. A/C in master bed and bath could blow a little better, I realize it’s the Keys! LolThose are my first world complaints but nothing bad at all, I will surely book this place again! Thank you for a great VaCay!
