Very cozy, right on the river and with a view of the Blue Ridge railway across the other side, we even got to see the train go by! Every single day, we saw deer and other wildlife, truly a magical area. Highly recommend this property.

It was a very nice place. Enjoyed the view and weather. Only issue is if you use AT&T then you have no service. I would tell anyone to use the place for vacation

Staying at Camp Toccoa was such an amazing experience! We sat by the fire, right next to the river, and relaxed, the unit was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the bathhouse is spectacular!! We would absolutely do it again, it was wonderful!

Great Little Camping spot tucked away by the river. The Airstream was clean and very comfortable.We used the fire pit every night and the hot tub was great.The host gave great directions for everything and the check in was very easy. Seeing the wildlife every morning and afternoon was a plus. We highly recommend and hope to visit again one day.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for two adults and one child, almost 8 yrs. The setting was beautiful, and it was very convenient for exploring and adventuring nearby trails and rivers. We truly made great memories and hope to return.

We had a fantastic stay here. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed the property very much. We had everything we needed for a very relaxing weekend. Communication with the host was spot on. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come again.

Our stay was so wonderful. It was the exact quick little get away we needed. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Hopefully we will be able to go back!

The cabin was clean and as it appeared in photos. There was a strong smell and come to find out, there was a dead rat in the kitchen. Otherwise, the experience was great. Bring your own lighter and coffee because those things are not available as one might assume.

What a cozy place! If you have found it, book it! After a little hic-up at check in, that the host immediately addressed, we were set for a weekend of relaxation! Just sit back & enjoy the sights & sounds of nature. The bath house is a nice addition, but the bathroom in the air stream is enough. There is plenty of storage room in the air stream. The hot tub & fire pit are wonderful additions. We grilled dinner most nights, but did take a short 15 minute trip into Blue Ridge. Highly recommend Rum Cake Lady Cuban Cafe as well as Mona Lisa's House of Desserts. Your on the Toccoa River, my husband caught a couple of trout, we say alot of birds & ducks, a couple of otters, so many deer & even a beautiful Bald Eagle fly above us. Worth a stay! Pack your groceries & go enjoy nature!

The microwave didn't work. Two plug-ins in the kitchen didn't work. There was a broken lamp over the bed. No instructions on how to turn on the hot water in the camper. No wifi password or name until I went to town and messaged where I had service. The shower/bathroom had on accident. 82' at 8pm,78' at 7am. Grass hadn't been cut in weeks. Opened the hot tub and it smelled like mildew. We to town and bought some chlorine balls to treat it and it was OK after that. It was 85 in the camper when we arrived and wouldn't get below 70' in the den area and 70' in the bedroom. Went to town and bought a small fan to push air to the bedroom. It helped a little. Drive was washed out bad. The trailer and bath house were nice, clean and cozy with the porch and river sitting area.This place has potential if kept up better. Not a total loss, we enjoyed our stay and the seclusion. Will find a better spot next trip.

We had so many wonderful experiences at this home for 4 days and never left. It was gorgeous and extremely peaceful! Perfect spot to connect with nature and get away. Will be back!

This location and cute Airstream were perfect! We absolutely loved our stay here and plan to stay again. The bathhouse was perfect! It made the stay even better. What a beautiful job you did building and decorating it. It was great that we had our own side with privacy and security as well.The hot tub was great and everything was very clean. I also appreciated the fact that the Airstream was under a very well built awning. That kept the sun out of the windows in the early morning hours and gave us a covered space to sit on the “porch”. Exceptional from start to finish!
