Just Perfect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This must be the best location on the entire island. We didn't need to go far to shop or dine.

The condo was perfect for us. The whole place was clean, bed was comfy, and the location was fantastic. 10 out of 10!

Great Grounds but Poorly Executed Renovation in Need of Refreash

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds and location are outstanding. Unfortunately the unit is tired. Apparently, the unit received a renovation in the not-too distant past which was pretty poorly executed. Visible wall patches, non-working mini-split in master BR, and mini-split in the dining/living area leaks condensation water to the interior, saturating the floor and rugs. We loved that it was an end-unit and first floor with nice lanai, but would not stay in this unit again.

Convenient Home Base, steps from the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo, literally steps away from a beautiful beach and great shopping/restaurants. Centrally located so perfect as a home base to go to the North Shore or to the South and 15 mins from the airport. We will be back for sure!

Mostly wonderful

We were very happy with the location and accommodations. The property is well maintained with great approximation to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. The only complaint we have is with the nightly entertainment at the Lava Lava Restaurant/Bar on the other side of the adjoining fence. Their food and view are great, but the music, particularly the bass, is loud and will keep you awake until they stop playing, promptly at 9:00 p.m. In every other respect, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our friends.

Very Nice, Clean & Well Appointed Accommodation

The mini-split a/c system kept everything cool, even on the warmest & most humid days.
