Mermaid Cottage was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and we truly appreciate all the little extra amenities such as a spices in the cabinet, a coffee bar, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, even extra beach towels. There was even a list of local places they recommended. The neighborhood itself offered great amenities, and was beautiful. I loved waking up, grabbing a coffee and taking a short walk to go sit by the water. Perfect location, short drive to downtown Jensen Beach, very close to the causeways and Hutchinson Island. We truly loved our stay!

We had a great time at the Mermaid Cottage! The place was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The pool was great and had a fantastic view of the lagoon. The location is perfect and close enough to downtown Jensen that you can walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner. I had mentioned that my husband and I were coming down for our honeymoon and Trish was sweet enough to have two little bottles of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the fridge! I highly recommend choosing the Mermaid Cottage for your next vacation in Jensen Beach!

Wonderful stay. Property is very clean. Enjoyed the time in Jensen Beach. Community was very nice, pool was great. Beautiful sunrise. Easy access to multiple beaches as well as easy walk or drive to multiple restaurants. Publix is a short drive. Had some questions for Trish and she was quick to respond. Would return without hesitation.

Fantastic rental with great location! Stayed 1week. Close to downtown restaurants (walkable).my sister & I found the unit had everything we needed! Washer & dryer a plus. The host communicated & quickly responded.Loved the pool & newly decorated comfy Decor. Will def.return!
