We had the best time here! Everything was clean, and the place was so nice to just hang out in. We were happy that there were so many bathrooms - even though we had a fairly large group (5 people), we all felt like we had personal space. There were 2 balconies, the pool was nice, checkin was easy, and I'm glad we found a spot so close to the beach. Thank you so much!

Very spacious, comfortable, cozy condo. My family with two teenagers and grandparents (six total) all felt very comfortable. Great location just minutes from Moidy and Pleasure pier. Loved the pools on the property. Elevator made it easy for my aging parents to get to the property. My mom and loved the fragrance machine!

There was 2 roaches in master bedroom.The ac in main room would not got highet than 69. We had to go out on the patio to warm up. We had to pay 33 for parking that we were not told of.We needed more time on the day of leaving. 29 an hour is ridiculous and we left at 12:40 rather than 2:00I would not recommend this property and will give a bad review

Very nice property with beautiful grounds and pools. Derek was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Great location which is close to the beach and restaurants. Condo was well equipped for our stay and had great views of the beach.

I was traveling with 4 other adults. The condo was roomy enough for all of us! We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs every day! The condo was clean and well appointed. From the time I booked the condo until we checked out, the property owners were very responsive to my emails. I would highly recommend this condo!!!

Our hosts were excellent! Great communication and super friendly and welcoming. The unit was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. Location was exceptional! We would come here anytime! Loved it!

The condo was comfortably decorated with a peaceful, beach vibe. The space is expertly used and our family of 7 was very comfortable. We had easy access to the main large pool with a nice hot tub and wading pool for little ones. The hosts were very communicative with updates and tips. I felt very welcome in their property. A super bonus was great appliances - dishwasher and the combo washer/dryer ran through both cycles so you don’t have to switch the wash to the dryer! Such a luxury! Hope to come back soon!!!!

Wonderful visit, Owners we helpful and responsive

The complex is showing its age, but there are good amenities onsite, and the location is good, close to Galveston proper. There is no easy way to cross to the ocean, but the ocean is close. 3 bedrooms plus the bunk beds gave our group the sleeping arrangements we needed. The group area inside the condo was a bit small and we struggled a little to all eat together, but there was seating so we made it work. The owners were very responsive and were helpful in us sorting out some issues. I would recommend.

When her oncologist told my 90-year-old mother her her cancer was back, she had a bucket list trip in mind: to go back to Galveston. She first went there before she was two years old, and our family has been visiting for decades. Mom and her walker would not make it up the staircases in Galveston’s beach houses, so I was excited to find this condo. It was perfection —starting with an elevator for Mom, continuing with a heated pool for our November trip, & then its well designed 3- bedroom configuration for the 5 of us—-4 generations from 90 to 6. The nine and six-year-olds loved the bunkbeds tucked cubby-like into the wall across from their Mom’s bedroom. Our trip VIPMom had the master with the private balcony, and we all spilled out onto it—making her time there even more special. We had the beach across Seawall Boulevard almost to ourselves. Superhost Derek responded almost immediately before and during the trip to any questions we had. I knew this bucket list trip was a success when everyone dreaded the minute we had to go and we all vowed to come back — and keep up our family tradition of coming to Galveston. We will definitely stay here again!

I’ve rented properties on VRBO for the past 20 years and never been disappointed. I was so discouraged with this place we brought some friends and I told how good the rental’s were. The site on the VRBO was listed at a 10. At best it was a 7 . The facility it was in was the n poor repair . When we pulled up to the front of the building my wife said surly this isn’t the place. There was a chain link fence around the front with scattered debris. The complex was a least 60 years old and very little updated had been done. The whole place smells lik pinesal. I walked into the office and showed the manager a picture of our unit and said is this. The right address. He say yea and I said it looked a hurricane hit the front and he said I know. I later found 2 other units in the same complex same floor plan rated a# 7 at half the price we paid. That was the correct value of the property. Not a 10 at double the price.Not happy VRBO needs to be sure properties are rated correctly
