Fully remodeled in November 2024, unit 313 is a custom built, detailed, upscale condo welcoming you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This top-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Parking is free on property for your convenience.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

Enjoy one of the world’s most coveted travel destinations in this professionally designed, well-appointed space.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect—centrally located with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and the beach all nearby. It was convenient to have so many things within easy reach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

First class all the way! Totally renovated compared to many of the other units we have stayed in at this complex. Being able to close off the only bedroom with a door and having ac in the bedroom all major pluses! Great sunsets away from the pool was very nice. It’s the third floor, but you’re in Maui so it helps burn off those Mai Tai’s! Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of experiencing both of Joe’s units, and we were impressed with both! Everything was super clean, beautifully newly remodeled, and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay.Joe provided everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen where we could make breakfast and convenient laundry facilities. He was also incredibly helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations that made our stay even better.Joe was a wonderful host, and we would absolutely stay at either of his properties again. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay for our first trip to Hawaii! The condo was beautifully remodeled and exceptionally clean. Our first visit to Maui was incredible & we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The unit is beautifully finished & comfortable, with all conveniences thoughtfully provided. The complex is clean, quiet and steps to the beach. The private parking lot was super convenient and the location was great for Maui sightseeing & restaurants. 100% recommended!

Extremely comfortable and very modern space to enjoy Kihei and served as a great home-base while exploring other parts of the island. Private beach access and ocean view from the Lanai were priceless. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was very clean, and very well stocked. The location is absolutely gorgeous! The host was very friendly, and helpful. There are many good restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place.

This property was the highlight of our yearly trip to the island! Such a gem and every detail was covered to a T. When we arrived everything was exactly as we expected from photos, which is not always the case. The communication and details from the host was top notch and thorough. We just wish we would have made this a longer part of our stay on the island!

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and had all the supplies we needed. Looked just like in the photos! It was in a great location near our favorite restaurants and shopping. Also not a large building so no large crowds at the beach. We went to Maui in January to see the whales and was not disappointed. We saw whales and sunsets daily from the lanai.
