Benvenuti a Gardens at Beachside Colony! Questo condominio di 1800 mq con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere la tua prossima vacanza in spiaggia. Questo splendido condominio dispone di soffitti a volta da 15 'nella camera familiare e nella camera matrimoniale con ampio cortile privato e vasca idromassaggio. Sarai immerso nell'unico vero condominio resort sull'oceano di Tybee Island. Il Beachside Colony Resort dispone di tre piscine, una delle quali è riscaldata quando fa freddo (l'unica piscina riscaldata di Tybee) e un famoso ristorante e lounge sulla spiaggia, Marlin Monroe's, con accesso internet WIFI gratuito.

Questo condominio è completamente arredato. Uno spazio di vita aperto crea un'ottima atmosfera per la famiglia e gli amici, mentre 3 ampie camere da letto offrono molta privacy. La Master Suite ha un letto king size e una vasca idromassaggio. Il letto matrimoniale ha un nuovissimo materasso pillow top! Ci sono TV in tutte le camere da letto e nella zona giorno che include anche un lettore DVD.

La cucina ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente attrezzata per qualsiasi tipo di cottura si possa scegliere di fare.

Il condominio si trova in un'ottima posizione a metà isola dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Memorial Park che ospita la biblioteca pubblica, YMCA, un meraviglioso parco giochi, stazioni di cottura a carbone; così come campi da pallavolo, basket e tennis. Sei anche a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti e negozi. Questo condominio NON accetta animali domestici. Parcheggio per 2 veicoli.

Lovely central location

A great property for my husband and I and our three adult children. Located centrally on Tybee and just a short drive into Savannah. Easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Just as described

House is spacious and clean. Beds were all comfortable. Loved the patio and hot tub. Beach and pool are an easy walk. Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Great location for locals destinations. Would recommend.

Best unit at Beachside Colony

We have stayed in many of the different units at Beachside Colony, but this was far and away the best! We never looked at The Garden units because there is no balcony or view but I’m glad we took a chance on it this time. The oversized outdoor patio with hot tub was a huge hit, spacious and updated kitchen, bathrooms and living area and we loved the high ceilings. Christine had great communication with us prior to checking in and was available if we needed anything. This will be the first unit we will look for and rebook if available.

Home away from home

The condo was very cozy and honestly, my family and I felt like we were truly home. We had everything we needed and the ultimate bonus was we were a 5 min walk from the beach! The property was quiet and relaxing.

The whole family loved the condo. From the beauty of the room, hot tub, personal balcony with a grill, it was all great. Christine was a wonderful host and had our best interests in mind the whole stay. Would highly recommend this room, in fact, we plan to try to get it for next year too. 👍

Fall Break Getaway

Perfect spot. Super close to the beach and within walking distance to lots of places to eat. Never crowded this time of year and weather was great (only 2 days of rain)! We'll be back!!

Really a great rental

Very spacious, clean and quiet. A short walk to shops, sweets, pool, ocean and restaurants. Christine was fabulous and even called to give us some ideas for a rainy day!! Highly recommend and will stay again.

Perfect blend of private leisure and easy walk to the beach.

The private hot tub was exceptionally nice even though I couldn't adjust the temperature. I used the massage feature several times. Easy stroll to the beach for elders like myself. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and even though there was a pool wr enjoued the bea h instead. Excellent hist.

Great Spot for Family with great Beach Access

Enjoyed the nice condo, having 3 separate bedrooms, and the private hot tub. The electric grill on the patio didn't work well, but that was not an issue for us because everything in the kitchen worked great. Owner/manager was very responsive.

Great location for walk to beach or pool. Beachside restraunt on site. Had drinks by the pools. Condo is large and comfortable. My girls loved relaxing in the swings with a book!

Gem of Condo!

I can’t say enough outstanding things about this property! First, the location is ideal! The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. I had a quick question and the property manager was immediately reaponsive and helpful! But the main prize was having our own hot tub! As someone who rents VRBO spots all the time, it was wonderful to have our own hot tub and not have to share hot tub time with everyone else! It was so amazing! I can’t wait to go back to Tybee and I will be sure to stay at this condo again!

Tybee Island Gem!

The location of this condo was perfection. Literally three min walk and you are on the beach. The Deck (restaurant) which is attached to the pool area had delish food with reasonable prices. Management was responsive and the unit well appointed. Great beach items to use, kitchen had all you needed. Would absolutely recommend. We had four adults and two kids. There is a pull out in the living room which is suitable for kids but not adults. Hot tub was very nice and clean.

Was disappointed that the “patio” was enclosed and had no water view. Place was terribly hard to find within the complex. Had neighbors trying to help ….needed better directions within the complex. Appreciated owner’s help returning lost watch .

We were a group of people from 11 years old child to 61 years old adult. First of all, I would like to say this place is much better then it looks in the pictures. Hot tub was big hit. Although, it was cold and windy, we still managed to go out on beach because of easy access to the beach. We had lots of fun in walking on the street and Savannah is stone's throw away distance as wel One little suggestion though if you can keep at least one extra comforter in winters that will be of big help. We had to buy one. Our dog Spud enjoyed thoroughly too.
