The property is in ideal location, the view of the pool and pond were great. So close to Rehoboth Beach, and the outlets. The kitchen was great and the main bedroom was so comfortable. Could use more comfortable chairs for the deck, there was only one. The carpets especially in the guest room did have spots, but everything was very clean. The management company is wonderful if you have any questions. I truly had a wonderful 3 weeks here.

Very comfortable stay! Great neighborhood!

We would definitely stay at this property again. It had everything you need to feel right at home. It came with plenty of nice beach chairs and umbrellas as well. Close to beach and the balcony at this property overlooked the pool which was also a great feature.

Relaxing Rehoboth Rental

We enjoyed our stay in the relaxing condos at Grande Canal. The condo has plenty of room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of four. The pool is beautiful and the beach is less than 2 miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Our stay was fabulous! It was the perfect location nestled just over the bridge from downtown Rehoboth Beach. Perfect trail just at the end of the street for our morning walks, and 1 mile from the Tanger Outlets. The condo itself was clean and beautiful! It even had beach chairs and umbrellas for up to 8 people! It’s on the 3rd floor and the building had an elevator, which makes things quite easier. The community pool was fantastic as well! I know we have found a place to come back to again in the future!

July Vacation

Had a great time. Have stayed in the Grand Canal community the past 3 years. It’s a great location near the bike trail or not far from the outlets, beach, shops and restaurants. Only problem we had was with the laundry service and communication with Grand Welcome and Sea Play Homes. Calls were not answered nor resolved.

Rehoboth Beach Vacation

This property was accurately described in the listing. It was located about 2 miles from downtown Rehoboth and the beaches. We drove our car to the beach and purchased a weekly parking pass to park on the side streets. Sheets & bath towels were supplied. The unit was nicely decorated throughout and had a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, silverware, coffee pot, toaster oven, etc. The washer/dryer worked well. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice surprise when we discovered in a bedroom closet, two heavy-duty beach umbrellas and four beach chairs! We used these every day and saved money by not having to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. The unit was clean overall but we had an issue with the kitchen countertops, other table/countertops & master bathroom shower. When we first arrived, we noticed and felt a film on most all surfaces that required us to wash down the countertops with soap/water before use. Also, we washed the top of the refrigerator for there was accumulated dust/dirt that was clearly not cleaned for a very long time. Also, the carpets are beginning to show their age with some light stains and use. Areas of improvement would be asking the cleaning crew to review the cleaning chemicals and rags they use so they do not leave the film we experienced. Also, ask the cleaning crew to ensure they dust once in a while! However, these issues were not a huge deal and we appreciated and enjoyed our stay very much.
