Great place with easy gondola access

Place was very nice and clean with all the amenities and close to the village and the gondola

the hosts could not have been more responsive and welcoming.the location is phenomenal and stocked with just about everything anyone could want...and more.we would def come back

Our stay at GrayFox was one of our BEST Vrbo experiences ever! The host had taken great care to label everything - from light switches to cabinet contents, which made 'feeling at home' super easy. The property was beautiful, the location was amazing and the host was super responsive - WONDERFUL time!

Beautiful home, Excellent location, big two car garage for the toys. 3 minute walk to the Village. Property management was extremely responsive.

Wonderful experience!

This condo was spacious for our group of 6, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garage and indoor gear shed were so convenient for winter! This is also by far the cleanest condo we have stayed in over the course of many trips to Mammoth. Management was very friendly and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Rikk,Was an excellent host. Very attentive, helpful and polite. Condo was very spacious. Excellent location. Very clean had everything we needed comfortable like staying at your own house. The hot tub was a A for the night time to relax after a long day. The barbecue came in handy the fireplace kept everybody warm at night and at the end of the trip we got to wash our clothes in the washing machine and dry them. When coming back to Mammoth I will definitely stay there again and recommend it for anybody else.

Family and friends ski weekend

The property was terrific. Modern. Well appointed. A few minutes walk to the village and gondola meant we never had to get in the car once we arrived. We’d stay here again in a second.

The battery for the front door lock was dead, and I couldn't get in. The garage door has a separate code, that I did not initially know. The host did respond but it took about half hour to enter. The garage door code doesn't always work, but the remote does.This was in early August during a heat wave. No A/C. Only some windows open, and it does not ventilate well. Neither of us upstairs slept well. If a whole house fan exists, we could not turn it on.It needs some maintenance. An upstairs bathroom screen is torn, but there were minimal bugs. The coffee pot does not turn off automatically. The pedal on the kitchen trash can is broken. A rung of a kitchen stool is broken.

Thank you for your feedback. We take maintenance seriously and have already replaced the front lock batteries, fixed the kitchen stool, and replaced the trash can. Regarding your arrival, our records show you arrived 30 minutes prior to the scheduled check-in time. When you reached out, we responded within 3 minutes and provided immediate garage access so you could get inside early. Our listing accurately notes that the home does not have central A/C, but we provide multiple fans throughout the house to help guests stay comfortable during unusual heat waves. We always do our best to accommodate our guests and ensure a pleasant stay!

GrayFox Mammoth

Overall a great place and a nice stay. The location was excellent, and the double garage made parking a breeze. My friends who stayed in the two upstairs bedrooms complained about the mattresses. I stayed in the main floor bedroom and had no complaints about the mattress. Might just be a personal preference. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot!

Great location!!! We were able to walk down to the gondala and the kids care, which was a huge bonus! Perfect ski/board storage and even had a boot warmer! Was also super awesome to have garage parking and private hot tub (the kicker to why we chose the property)! Perfect for kiddos! Lots of games, books, and movies! We did have an issue with the hot tub being cold (37deg) upon arrival and would have appreciated a heads up that it was not going to be usable our first night, BUT it did warm up and it was clean! Hosts were super responsive to our questions, especially with an incoming snow storm! It was warm enough And very comfy!

Two-minute walk to the Village. Pulled right into the two-car garage and plenty of space behind to unpack bikes. All rooms were super clean and no surprises. Fun to have the hot tub and beds were amazingly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
