The host responded to issue we had with the lights very quickly. They even came out very promptly to fix it themselves. The house was a great fit for our family to have Thanksgiving.

Great pool & nice covered area in backyard - beautiful kitchen - big living room couch - host was responsive - one story house (aside from the pool)Beware the step down inside the front door! - the stairs (*I didn’t remember seeing pics of) to the pool are uneven/slanted/pitched & there’s no railing & some slippery when wet flooring - *there were not enough mugs, forks, or towels - 5 cup coffee pot (not what’s in the pics) - only 2 trash bags supplied - ants in the kitchen - both showers get water on the floor - the pillows are very thin - no laundry detergent - A/C would not go below 75 - the ‘game room’ is part of the living room/dining room/kitchen & there’s no arcade game - the master bathroom & bedroom are all one big room: the toilet, shower, & tub are open to the rest of the room, there are no doors to separate them*After revisiting the pics in the listing I see there was 1 pic that showed stairs to the pool, I must’ve missed this pic b/c I would not have booked this house if I’d known, b/c my sister was 9 months pregnant & my friend was still healing from hip surgery & was on a crutch*The host did bring more mugs and a wine opener when I mentioned these items were missing & I’m sure they would have brought other items, but I think that a vrbo that hosts 12 should have all the amenities for that # of ppl & I should not have to ask for them This vrbo has real potential to be a 5 star but the # of little things mentioned made our stay less enjoyable than hoped

Amazing! Vrbo app was not updating trip information in time for my trip. Maybe it was due to last minute booking. Or sacagiu Was amazing with responding to questions and so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend doing business with Or sacagiu. He will definitely take care of you.

Clean, but looked like it was a fixer upper, that wasn't quite finished. We were told there would be a gas grill and when got there was charcoal grill and the coffee maker that was pictured was not the one that was at the place. The pool was nice but outside furniture was wore and only 2 lounging chairs and one of them torn. The wood that they had around pool very slippery, not good for young kids ans they could fall and get injured. Overall, I thought the place was over priced for the amenities it provided and the pictures made it look so much nicer than what actually was there.
