We appreciate any and all types of guest feedback, and I have communicated with housekeeping, and we have addressed all of these minor issues that were mentioned. Regarding the washing machine specifically, we were undergoing a replacement that week, and I apologize that you were unable to use the washer during that specific week. Everything else, including the brand new washing machine, is now back to full service. As a personal thank-you for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience with the washer, I would like to offer a special 20% discount on your next stay, on top of any promotions. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime with a message regarding the special discount or anything else. Thank you, JoAnn ♥️.

Hi Jada, Thank you for your valuable feedback regarding check-in and cleanliness. Hi Kandal, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you and your family experienced during check-in and for the condition of some of the amenities during your stay. Since August, we've had a complete deep clean of the house, refreshed our kitchen amenities and patio furniture, and overhauled our old BBQ grill system, with new propane grills available year-round upon request. For late check-in emergencies, please contact me directly using the personal details provided to all guests in the check-in document. That way, you can reach me directly, without any messaging delays. We genuinely value your feedback—it helped us identify areas for improvement and take concrete steps to enhance the guest experience. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to show how much we’ve improved. Thank you, Kandal.
