Kitchen will be stocked with salt, pepper, oil as well as with the main utensils, dishes, etc to prepare meals. We hope you try our Puerto Rican coffee - also provided.
This apartment can be accessed from the handicap parking without any steps. One of the full bathrooms is designed without barriers, making this property suitable for perso

Perché ha scelto questa struttura
This complex was build originally as a Condo Hotel. It worked that way for several years, until Hurricane María stroke the island and severely damaging it. Thank God our apartment received minor damages, so we were able to keep using it. On the contrary, the Club House which is right by our entry way was torn apart. The damaged building is still there- after 7 years!, due to legal disputes between the HOA and the insurance company.
