Villa di lusso a 5 letti con campo da golf con piscina privata, spa e sala giochi

Thank you for the review, however we’re at a total loss as to the comment regarding the pool. We’ve taken a couple of days to make contact with our regular pool guy and our property managers and they confirm the pool was cleaned 2 days before the guests arrived AND 7 days later during their stay, and nothing was said to either the pool guy directly or to inform the property managers or us that there might be an issue. We have no idea where this comment has come from as our property managers are incredibly reactive and if there was an issue they would have dealt with it professionally and quickly.

This booking was for a family of 5 adults, but 2 days before arrival they announced their son, his wife & child may drop in for a 1 or 2 nights. This would take the numbers to 8 which is the maximum we allow. It’s a shame they forgot their other grandchild as that made 9, and as such we would have declined the booking. They also didn’t stay for 1 night, they arrived the same day as everyone else and stayed 8 nights. To compound this another woman and her child stayed over taking the number to 11, more than we are licensed for. This fundamentally broke our house rules and contract with them. With up to 11 people in the house, taking showers and baths at the same time as doing laundry, I’m not surprised they drained the tank. In the 11 years we have owned the property we have never run out of hot water. But there again we never have 11 people staying. The first evening they set the house alarm off, having failed to read & understand the instructions. There was nothing to ‘fix’ with the alarm other than use it properly and it’s really simple. That first night they also left the house unlocked, we reviewed the Ring Videos and saw them completely ignore the instructions for locking the front door, simply pushing the ‘lock’ button. The ice makers sometimes get iced up, we spoke to the guests & told them where the booklet for the fridge was to sort out the problem. In fact subsequently our property manager sorted out the problem simply by emptying the congealed ice cubes in the hopper, less than a minutes work. There is 1 remote for the TV also 1 for the cable and 1 for the Blu-ray, all detailed in the information sheet. The Cable controller turns on the cable box, the TV controller is the only unit that allows you to change input source, and the Blu-ray controller is essential to playing DVD’s. One controller is unworkable. The house has 2 A/C units & thermostats which are situated in the hall & landing. Are the guests really asking us move them i.e. “could have been situated a little better”? The A/C is set to the recommended settings in Florida and as explained in the information sheet can be overridden by up to 6F. It explains that they can contact us and we can set up a different profile over the internet. They never asked. The cleaning concerns we will address with the Property Managers who are understandable upset at the remarks as all the other reviews are very positive regardling how clean the house is.
