Welcome to the "Shady Lady".....your cozy escape just one block off Main Street, located in town at 214 E. High Street, right in the heart of Red River! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers queen beds in each room, a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes & silverware, and a dining area for four, with modern comforts like a smart TV, high speed WiFi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Step outside to a fenced yard featuring a picnic table and charcoal grill, perfect for enjoying the mountain air with your favorite people—and it's pet-friendly, so furry friends are welcome too! Enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and nightlife, all within walking distance, and take in beautiful views of the Red River Ski Area from this ideally located home. Whether you're here to explore or relax, this downtown retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay!

Clean linens, toiletries, trash bags, an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, dish washing liquid and detergent are provided. We provide 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person. You are welcome to launder these towels for further use. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

For larger groups traveling together, consider renting the adjacent properties, Casa Del Rio Rojo 08 and Casa Del Rio Rojo 10. Each sleeps 4.

Parking in front of the unit is limited to 2 vehicles only. No trailer parking, however, additional overflow parking is available for additional vehicles and trailers in the municipal parking lot located next to the City Park just a few blocks away. Please note that the municipal parking lot may be closed during town events.
Free Shuttle service provided by the Town of Red River can get anywhere you need to go around town, with just a simple phone call.

Pets Welcome! (2 pet max, 25 lbs or under) Non-refundable Pet fee of $75 per pet plus tax is required. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 charge if pet is not registered with paid rent fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service for you.

Great stay! We loved having the side yard for the dogs, the location was perfect, and the host was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We took our 3 dogs with us and they were able to to enjoy the fenced yard, and the porch. They got lots of walks since it's a dog friendly town and close to just about everything. We had a little trouble figuring out the oven, but we were able to use the toaster oven, which was missing some parts, but we made do. If you're going to cook, you might want to bring some kitchen ware with you (bowls, sharp knives, and a cutting board). Our overall stay was great. I agree with the comment about luggage.... there is little room for storing clothes or luggage).. Location was excellent. We'd stay again.

Nice cottage style accommodation. Just as described. Accross Main St to the Copper Lift about a 1/4 mile walk. Good location right next to the firehouse

New place great location

Nice place- bedrooms are small so just know storing luggage could be tricky IF you have more than 2 staying in this place. If it’s a couple there is PLENTY of room. Walking distance to everything on Main Street. We would definitely stay again!

Double check that the dishes the previous guests leave have actually been washed. There were no bowls in the cabin and the dishes that were in the cabinet, were dirty.

Great location

Great location. Within walking distance of several places. Small but was all we needed for our quick trip. Only complaint was that dishes were not very clean so I had to wash everything before we used it. However, this is not the fault of the property manager company as there is no dishwasher and guests are to wash their own dishes prior to leaving. Kitchen essentials are very basic and limited.
