We had 20 couples stay for a couples retreat. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to host our retreat. We definitely we be coming back in the future.

The stay with Candice was great. She was extremely accommodating. Whenever I had a question was answered it and was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again. We had plenty of space and the home was everything we need it and more.

Stayed here with my husband’s and I’s families for our wedding weekend. It was a great space to hold the families and plenty of event space to entertain every member.

Beautifully designed home with plenty of space for a multi-family Massanutten getaway. The deck was perfect for hanging out all day and everyone enjoyed the unique amenities like the sauna, movie theater and game room.

The house Is incredible and a great place to spend time away with a large group. The amenities are superb and everything is very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating and do a great job communicating.

Our multi generation family had a great time! This house has wonderful amenities, both indoors and outdoors, for a fun family gathering. Some bedrooms allow for some seclusion away from the activities, while the communal spaces are great for a large group. The nicely appointed bedrooms have varying levels of storage and hang space for clothes.

Rooms were all nicely appointed and beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Plenty of indoor/outdoor entertaining areas and the entire family (age 12 to 81) enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a family reunion

The house was perfect for our 21 person family reunion. The rooms and spaces are well thought out. We loved the large dining area and deck. We enjoyed our week-long stay and definitely recommend this property.

House was amazing! We were a party of 12 and we had so many great nights. The house was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. We are already planning a return trip.

We all agreed that Red Oak Manor was an exceptional place to stay and that we really needed a few more days to take advantage of all the amenities provided. We really did enjoy our stay. It is everything advertised and more. Was in very good/excellent condition. Did not disappoint!

Great Place!

It was great and I would visit again. We had a few challenges locating the theatre remote, the triangle for the pool table and a few other things but they took care of us and fixed things-so we appreciated it notch and would visit again.

The host was very helpful. We had a few issues but they were taken care of very quickly. The property very nice and my family loved our weekend there. My only issue was with the snow removal. A better job would have improved the parking situation.

Our large family loved our week-long stay at this house. The kitchen was the best one we've seen in 20 years of fairly extravagant vacations. In addition to the many pots, pans, and utensils, we appreciated they kept a cabinet with a nice array of spices we could use. The bedrooms were lovely - tastefully decorated with large, comfortable beds. Great family room for playing games together in the evenings. I'm building up to the piece-de-resistance: the outdoor space. Wow, it deserves 10 stars on its own. The long table, charming overhead lighting, sauna, hot tub, and circular sofa, all of them beckoned us outside for reading, playing, talking, and eating most meals. Whenever we had a question, Candice answered it promptly. All of us, ages 1.5 years to 77, enjoyed the house immensely. Superb!

Ultimate Resort Property

This really is an amazing property. Every room is incredibly put together and decorated. The basement is like a five star resort entertainment area. Everything is so clean and modern plus the overall amenities cannot be beat. A couple of notes, there is no flexibility on check in or out times and when the say the HOA is going to enforce every community rule regardless of how absurd....it is true. Having said that, probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at over the years.

We had a phenomenal time at this property. The house was beautiful and had plenty of amenities that made booking here worth the price, especially given the rainy weather kept us inside for half our stay. So many little details had been considered (the array of coffees and teas, the basket of extra towels for the hot tub, etc.) that went the extra mile to make us feel at home. One of the most helpful things the host provided was an in-depth digital guide, which included detailed instructions for every aspect of our stay, as well as recommendations for ways to engage with the local area. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this location to anyone hosting a large gathering.
