Amazing!!! This home is spectacular!! Well stocked, super clean, with a gorgeous contemporary design scheme. We came down to visit my daughter from PA. Our stay was comfortable without any issues. The host Herbie is kind and attentive should you have any questions. I highly recommend this home. As we will be back soon!

We absolutely fell in love with this property. From check in to check out we had a fabulous time the pool was incredible the house was clean laid out so wonderfully the amenities were great and we will definitely be back

This is our second year staying with Herby for memorial weekend and both times have been excellent. Everything was as listed and better in person. We utilized the boat rental option and had a great stay. Our group is expanding so we will be renting this property as well as the property across the street which Herby now owns. Thanks for everything!

Family getaway

Great property! Pictures do not do it justice. Owners were excellent to deal with. Spacious and comfortable with a great canal view. The pool was perfect when we did not want to venture out to the beach.

Welcoming and responsive host. The house was fully stoked and very clean. Tv’s in every room was nice and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a rental. Wr enjoyed the heated pool and sitting on the doc overlooking the canal. I highly recommend this home.

This home provided everything needed to enjoy your stay here in Port Charlotte. The kitchen was stocked with extra coffee, spices, and condiments you don't normally get when renting. Herby the host was tremendous with his availability and communication. The ability to rent his boat is an added bonus so you don't have to leave the house to find a boat rental place. The pool was warm and clean and the Gulf beaches are a short 25min ride. Overall great stay!

Our stay in Port Charlotte was excellent. The house is modern, well-upgraded, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the canal and watching the boats go by. The pool was perfect for swimming, with flexible temperature settings that made it very enjoyable. Herby and Deana were fantastic hosts, and we had the pleasure of meeting Deana in person and instantly connecting. Punta Gorda restaurants were just a short drive away and added to the experience. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

The home was very comfortable with a great pool, dock to watch the sunset and everything you would need from extra blankets to space fans, fishing poles,chairs,bikes,ect. The kitchen was well stocked with drinks and some food if you didn't have time to shop..Lucky we did. I was very happy with how quite the home was:) Thank you for sharing your home!

Friends vacation

We had an amazing 2 weeks at the house. It was exactly as it said it was. Amazing location. This is our 5 house rental in Florida and it was by far the best one ever. We are already planning our trip back next year. If I could rice 10 starts I would have! The pool is amazing!!

We are Herby and Deana. We live in Tennessee but love vacationing in Florida which is why we chose this home. We love boating and riding motorcycles. But most we love meeting new people. We are not new to STVR's. We have a total of four and take pride in providing a quality place for the money.

It's quiet and convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants and there's hardly ever a wait at all of our favorite places. Plus we're on the water :)))
