We had a nice girls weekend, perfect weather and beautiful views. The property could use some TLC. Neighborhood is really beautiful and people living around were very nice.

The house was clean, nice sized rooms for everyone. Convenient location! Had no issues with communication or access. Very comfortable to be there. It's a lake house so there are bugs around, as to be expected!

We were in town for a family reunion. The house was very nice and having 4 bedrooms meant that everyone had their own space. The location was perfect with great views of the sunset across the lake. The beds were very comfortable.

The house is adorable! It’s exactly as pictured. Beautiful view from the deck. Damon was very nice and took care of a couple of small issues very promptly. We hope to return.

The property was a listed. We did miss several items in the kitchen that are usually provided in a vacation rental. The only communication issue we had was lack of information about how to access the home; we had to call a couple days before we were to arrive. After that, all questions were answered quickly via texts. This area has friendly neighbors who speak to you if you take walks!

We loved our stay here. It was easy to get in to the property and everything was just like the pictures. The owner responded quickly and our old dog loved the walks around the neighborhood and watching the lake via the patio doors. We will return!

Grat property, great location, easy process to get checked in. My only feedback would be that it seems to need a nice deeper clean as there were some dirt and bugs in the house.

The following comments are not complaints at all. We loved the property, but they are observations. The listing states a bbq grill, but we had to go get propane. If that's intentional then maybe it should state somewhere that we have to get it ourselves. Also the ignitor doesn't work. There was a lighter that was out of fluid , but there was a box of matches. On the deck the light fixture was busted and sitting on the table, and the door track was hanging down. There was no lighting at the front door, bulb out? The solars on the path all busted. We noticed there are no door stoppers, and there are marks on the walls from the door knobs touching. We thought it odd that the listing said not to burn candles, but there were several candles in the place. I know it's not up to the house to have every little thing, but would have liked plastic wrap or foil or baggies, a colander, a blender in the kitchen. No Kleenex. Again these are just observations, My entire family thought the property is great. We loved the picture that was the drawing of a family without faces.

Nice neighborhood, easy access to get into town for food, shopping, etc. The house could be a little more maintained. Light in one bedroom did not work, no outdoor lights @ entry door or right off back patio, from kitchen. Refrigerator and oven were dirty. Overall the stay was very nice, just needs those finishing touches

Great location and view! We loved that the lake was not very busy. Nice small town. B&K root beer stand was our family favorite. Lily Pad boat rental was convenient. City Park was fun for the kids. Fun trip!
