Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo per vedere il nostro 'casa lontano da casa.' Abbiamo recentemente completato una completa ristrutturazione e aggiornando continuamente la nostra proprietà, quindi siamo sempre molto felici di condividere con i nostri ospiti. Il Summerhouse fornisce uno dei più rilassanti, alloggi adatti per famiglie su Panama City Beach. Vi è la sicurezza 24 ore, ascensori veloci, e si parcheggia sempre vicino ... anche durante l'alta stagione!

La nostra unità 4 ° piano può ospitare fino a 7 persone con un letto matrimoniale nel master con vista sul golfo. C'è una regina e due letti nella stanza degli ospiti, e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno - tutte dotate di nuovo TV a schermo piatto e connessione Wi-Fi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e c'è una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice in unità per la vostra convenienza.

Il nostro balcone si affaccia 2 piscine laguna (1 riscaldata in inverno), una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina per bambini, e un grande gazebo di fronte alla spiaggia. Altri servizi sono elencati di seguito e tutte le attrezzature sono disponibili presso la reception.

Tutte le unità di The Summerhouse sono non fumatori e non sono ammessi animali. Gli ospiti devono essere di 25 anni a meno che l'unità è occupata da un genitore o legale tutore o gli ospiti sono legata da vincolo matrimoniale. Tutti gli ospiti sono tenuti a fornire identità con foto al momento del check-in. L'ospite riservando l'unità (25 anni o più) deve essere presente al momento del check-in e rimanere presente sulla proprietà in qualsiasi momento con gli altri ospiti.

Mike and Jana were excellent hosts ,communication was great !! The unit was very clean and the view off the balcony was killer !!!! Appliances were in good condition and well stocked .Had a great stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay! We were literally steps away from the beach. It was so nice! The place was clean. When we had trouble with the tv, Mike was quick to respond and get it resolved quickly. Thank you for the lovely stay!!!

Perfect location! Nice condo! Beautiful beaches!

Our family loved our stay! Mike and Jana has a beautiful clean condo and the beach chair set up daily was so nice. Location was perfect with not being in the tourist part of PCB but close enough to all attractions! We will be staying here again.

Family friendly....perfect description! We have 2 young boys and God has blessed us with this place to enjoy as we're doing our best to raise them right. I love the we don't have to worry about their safety or how close we are to the road. There is 24-hr security and we have the peace of knowing our kids are safe. The Summerhouse is amazing and perfect for our family too! Thank you for the review...it's short and simple but important for others to know! God bless your family!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Steps to the ocean, beautiful view of the ocean, comfortable bed, close to the grocery store, I could have stayed forever. Mike and Jana had stellar communication and very professional. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. This was definitely the shortest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The convenience of where the condo is located is amazing. Everything was clean and really great for the six of us. The owners were amazing hosts, and we will definitely visit again.

Had everything we needed!

The condo was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. I was able to do laundry and cook meals for my family. We had a great view of the ocean from our room as well. Oh and loved having the beach chairs!

Amazing ocean view!

We loved every minute of our stay! The condo was beautiful and was very clean when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable and had a great large closet area in the master bedroom. The owners are very prompt with information and were very helpful with details about the area. We would love to return to this beautiful condo! It is our choice for the perfect beach vacation!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

We absolutely loved Mike and Jana’s condo in PCB! The pools were beautiful and our toddler loved the kiddie pool! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! The master bedroom was perfect! I loved that it had windows looking out at the ocean and the bed was so comfy! We also loved the complementary beach chairs! And Mike and Jana were the best! They were responsive and quick! We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo overlooking the gulf. Owner was great! The cleaning crew not so great. The floors were really dirty and bed linens did not have a fresh smell Overall we would go back!

I wish you would have let us know about the floors as we would have had our cleaning staff come back and make it right for you. Our cleaning staff lives very close to our condo and they are always very responsive if we need them for any reason. As for the bed linens, I'm sorry they didn't have the fresh scent you were expecting but we use a hypoallergenic detergent on all of our linens so that they are free of any dyes and perfumes. We do this to protect guests who may be sensitive to those type of environmental allergens. We will do our best to communicate this more clearly in the future. Everything you need as far as dishes and cooking equipment for our stay, coffee maker (pot and single cup), blender for tropical cocktails, a crockpot and a refrigerator with a working ice machine enjoy your cocktail on the patio while watching the dolphins frolic, beautiful white sands and the tropical pool area.Parking was easy and elevator was smooth and never crowded.Not fancy but comfortable and very enjoyable, cant wait to come back!!!

We try to keep it stocked, updated, clean, and comfortable for all of our guests because that's how we would want it to be for our own family too! Perfect Location!

We stayed at Mike and Jana’s condo in Panama City Beach for our March vacation and it was the most perfect place for us. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and nicely located on the 4th floor overlooking the pools and perfect view of the ocean and pure white sand! What a bonus to have the beach chairs and umbrella included! Having so many restaurants and beach stores to walk to is great too. Mike and Jana were very quick to respond to texts and are so very kind. I would recommend staying at their property, as they really care about their guests.

A Lovely Vacation!

My sisters and I take an annual beach trip. There were three of us this time. One wasn't able to make it. We had a fabulous time! We love to stay on Thomas Drive because there aren't as many people as on Front Beach Road. This condo was perfect for us! The beds were extremely comfortable. It's beach front, so the views are magnificent. The kitchen had everything we needed. And Mike and Jana were the best! Great hosts, great family, great location, great home away from home...What more could you need!!!

Thank you Debra! We're so glad you had a great "girls trip." We completely agree with you about our end of the beach...we LOVE the Thomas Dr. end because it's more relaxing and less crowded but yet you can get anywhere you need to be fairly quickly. And yes...it's a great "home away from home" and we're thrilled to be able to share it with you!

Very safe for kids and beautifully maintained grounds. The smaller complex makes parking / elevators worry-free with the pool and beach so much more enjoyable compared to the big high-rise condos!
