Historic with modern charm awaits you in this enchanting apartment located on the ground floor of this cottage which sits in the countryside of Northwest Georgia, but just minutes to downtown Chattanooga, TN. There is an additional apartment upstairs - Wildwood Junction - which provides 2 BRs / 1 BA, full kitchen and laundry, which can be rented for larger groups. Conveniently located across the street from The Valley Venues wedding facility as well as Lookout Mountain Flight Park.

Property Location: Please be aware this property sits off of a main highway may experience increased traffic early-late afternoon; there is also a train track on the other side of the highway, with intermittent trains to be expected.

- Kitchenette equipped with basic cooking needs for a quick meal or to enjoy takeout / delivery meals
- Eclectic dining table with seating for two.
- Fully stocked bathroom with ample towels, toiletries and hair dryer; includes a tub / shower combo
- High speed Wi-Fi
- Large driveway for spacious parking and easy entrance/exit
PETS:
This is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 2 DOGS - with additional consideration upon request. All dogs must be in a crate when guests are not at the home and must be on a leash when outdoors to comply with local laws and as there are other pets/wildlife in the area. To keep the property/neighborhood clean and tidy, please pick up after your dog(s) with provided waste bags.

- Primary Renter must be 25 or older
- Smoking / vaping strictly prohibited
- No parties, excessive noise, or events are allowed
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house
PARKING: Private parking; no boats, trailers or RVs permitted, but will be considered by special request.
SAFETY: We prioritize the safety and security of our guests and are committed to providing a safe environment. A camera is installed at the entry door and is intended to enhance the safety and security of our guests by monitoring the entrance area and is not intended for any other use. We respect the privacy of our guests and will only access footage from the camera in the event of a safety or security concern, or as required by law.
EVENT GUESTS: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted for overnight stays.
COMMERCIAL USE: Please disclose if you wish to use this property for photography or filming purposes; it can be allowed upon consideration, with approval, and additional fee.
WILDLIFE: Please understand that you are in the country and there is wildlife – you may come across bugs, mice, snakes, rabbits, etc.
NO FIREWORKS of any type are permitted.
