The pool availability may be subject to temporary closure based on the building maintenance. While we strive to keep the pool open as much as possible, the maintenance work is essential to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests.

HOUSE RULES
•Do not contact the leasing office for any reason. While we operate legally and with the building's permission, we're fully responsible for taking care of our guest. Please reach out to us for anything you need.
* No Smoking of ANY KIND in the unit.
(Only permitted outside the house.) A smoking fee of $1000 will be charged to your card if any evidence of smoking is found inside.
* No Shoes inside the property.
* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
* No Extra/ Overnight Guests.
(Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
* Verification form is required to be filled out once reservation is confirmed. Guests must provide a photo ID as part of our verification steps
* No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time)
* No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.

* No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps.
•Unauthorized gatherings, parties, and smoking (indoors or on the balcony) are strictly prohibited to maintain the peace of our quiet, family community. Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement.
* ⁠Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host.
•Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in.
* ⁠The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues. We will provide ample notice in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
* ⁠The guest acknowledges having read that older or renovated properties may show signs of wear and tear.

Our Stay

We didn’t receive the code to the door prior to check in and they put the wrong area code in the number from their messages. When we got in the place looked overall clean until we got to the dishes, floors, and ceiling fans. Dishes needed to be washed again and the floors and ceiling fan was very dusty. I killed a couple of spiders the first night as well. We also received instructions to take the trash to the dumpster at the exit and to not leave dirty dishes in the sink. This was a little upsetting, given there is a 99 cleaning fee charged when you book the room. Other than that it’s a beautiful property.

Not as expected

Overall, our stay went great. However, there were VERY limited cooking and eating utensils. This made it a huge challenge to cook anything inside the apartment. Additionally, the apartment was in a great neighborhood, centrally located and easy to hop onto the highway to get anywhere, BUT the highway was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep at night or have be outside on the patio. Parking was limited during peak hours as well. The pool was unavailable the entire trip, which was a huge reason why we picked this apartment. This was devastating for our trip plans, and we were told that the pool had been closed for a while and will remain closed for a few more months. The apartment was clean, and the check in/check out process was easy.
