The host was responsive before my stay, but once I arrived, I received no response to repeated messages throughout the week about a serious privacy concern.The property itself was fine, but the listing photos showed curtains covering a very large bedroom window directly facing the bed. When I arrived, those curtains were missing, leaving the bed clearly visible from outside. As a woman staying there, I felt exposed and unsafe.I contacted the host immediately to explain the discrepancy and ask for a solution. Despite following up throughout my stay, I never received a response. I ended up tying sheets over the window just to have some privacy.A bedroom needs proper window coverings, and guests should be able to reach their host when there’s a problem. Given the lack of privacy and the host’s complete failure to respond, I would not feel comfortable staying here again.

You’re right that a bedroom needs proper window coverings, and you shouldn’t have had to improvise your own. The curtains were removed for a replacement, and the new ones have now been installed. Unfortunately, our messaging platform failed during your stay, and I never received your messages. Had I seen them, I would have responded right away. I’m sorry for the silence and for the stress it caused. We've taken steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Your comfort and safety matter to us, and I appreciate you telling us what we needed to hear.

This little gem was just amazing. My husband and I were in the area to visit our daughter who was at Fort Benning for Paratrooper school. This rental was literally perfect for our needs. It was so cute and romantic. The home was in the neighborhood that had a huge park right across the street, perfect for a romantic stroll. The owner had coffee pods for us and sugar to use, as well as mini creamers. There was plenty of toilet paper (you know some owners can be a little cheap on that!) and even shampoo and conditioner for use. The owners have literally thought of everything. I would stay here again and again.
