The hosts were very welcoming. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the location was outstanding...right across the street from the ocean and Kehena Black Sand Beach. We enjoyed the birds, the coquis, and the soothing sounds of the surf. And of course, the hot tub, which worked perfectly the entire week.

Only downfall was there was no internet service and upon arrival we had to leave to get service to find check in info then go back.

Great visit to Puna region

Great communication with the hosts, from booking to arrival and departure. Nice traditional house with tons of space, and almost across the street from a black sand beach. Great location for a base to explore Kilauea and other spots on the big island.
