This listing is not ready for guests. The owners clearly tried to take advantage of cheap real estate and did the bare minimum renovations to make it a rental. We ended up not staying a single night and getting a refund processed through customer support. There was mold in both bathtubs. A lot of grime and hair and dirt in the corners. Stains on the walls. Stains on the living room furniture. The back door deadbolt does not lock. The grass was not cut. The neighborhood is just fine. It's a humble street with hardworking families. The property is not well maintained for guests.

Very dirty and wore down. Not recommended!

This apartment was very dirty with a lot of dark hair in the bathrooms on the floor and the bathroom cabinets and tufts of hair in the shower. Disgusting! The bathtub was dirty/dusty, dirt on the floor as well and spider webs below the kitchen cupboards. The walls and furniture seem pretty worn down (spots on the walls and the sofa, missing parts of the bed, wholes in sofa). It doesn’t appear as photographed - the pictures in the add make it look freshly renovated and really stylish. Pictures shown on the photographs were taken down leaving the bare nails in the wall. Considering all of this - especially the not given cleanliness and the worn down atmosphere - we didn’t feel comfortable staying and moved out after the first night. After contacting the property manager we got offered a refund of the cleaning fee (what would be the least in our opinion) but then we havent heard back anymore.

Disappointing

Arrived at the property a little anxious with the area. Noticed some possible safety concerns for our stay. Internet was not working due to electrical issues in living room. Contacted the property manager (who responded quickly), was given instructions to try to fix the internet and diagnose the issue. When we discovered it was an electrical issue, the property manager asked me to check the electrical panel. As I didn’t feel comfortable with that, she offered to send a technician. Then we found the refrigerator was not working and had a strong odor like it had been off for some time. The toilet was not secured to the floor and moved when sitting on it. The bathroom had hair on the floor. At this point we didn’t not feel comfortable staying here and told the property manager not to send someone out. The property was not fit for visitors and did not deliver what was advertised on the listing. When we tried to contact Vrbo for a cancellation and refund, they connected us via phone to the property manager who berated and interrupted my husband and refused to refund the money, stating “that’s what the world’s like”.
