The Space:
This very oversized 2 bedroom condo is a stone’s throw from the sand. Located on the 2nd floor of a 8 unit building, featuring a pool in the middle & very large private deck to hang out on.
One of the nicer walk to beach condos on the Island. Owned by professional luxury homebuilder / wife is interior decorator – very tastefully done inside for even the most discerning tastes.
Features a very large master. Bedroom with attached bathroom + large king bed + wall mounted Smart TV. The second bedroom is set up as a bunkroom for kids, with not one but 2 sets of bunks (4 total single beds) and lots of space for them to have fun.
Large living room with dramatic 16 foot ceilings and sleeper sofa, we do also provide in closet an airbed & pump just in case.
Let your kiddos bring friends – it is amply set up.
Open concept kitchen direct to living room and patio deck right from the kitchen with a more garden view. Please note that you must go up stairs to get to unit, it is on the 2nd floor and while it is right by the beach, there is no beachview.
On the deck a provided gas grill and outdoor furniture to relax. (LP not included for grill– bring tank if you would like to use)). While the condo has 2 off street parking spaces, there is no additional guest parking open.
Very clean pool that is a great way for you to finish off your kids energy after a beach day.
Condo includes linens, bedding, towels, & a starter pack of soaps & toilet paper (not unlimited). You can expect non stick cooking spray & basic salt & pepper as well as basic toiletries.
Walkable to a few beach bars or a nice sunset stroll as the beach access is right across street.
Please take the time to read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking as there is a strict cancel policy on this property it is highly desired – please ask questions prior to booking we are happy to assist. Additionally a digital rental agreement is required to be signed as well as an upload of your photo ID to age verify as 25 years of age or older. This is a family oriented property not a good fit for parties, loud music, etc.
The City of South Padre Short Term License # available upon request as certain online travel sites do not allow numbers to be displayed

Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd.
We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights. We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent, no exceptions
