We respect your privacy and offer contact-free check-in, but we’re always nearby if you need anything. Our team is available via messaging for quick assistance throughout your stay from 8 AM to 10 PM—whether it’s a question, recommendation, or request.



Our hot tub is professionally maintained for guest safety. If a full drain and refill are required between stays, it may take up to 48 hours to fully heat back up. We always do our best to ensure it's ready, but cleanliness is our top priority. Please keep this in mind when booking. Pool and hot tub services are provided every Tuesday unless otherwise noted.

Absolutely Gorgeous property. Great location and all the amenities you will need. The owners did a great job to make sure you have all the accommodations you need. Great communication with the host. We will definitely stay here again when we come into town. Loved the backyard area, the pool was perfect to cool off in. We also enjoyed sitting out back at the firepit and enjoyed the hot tub. Beautifully done

Great place to stay

Very clean home with what seems to be higher end finishes. Would highly recommend staying here. Best place we have stayed in Charolette that is close to down town

It was a pleasure to host, and we truly appreciated the open and respectful communication throughout the stay. Our guest was proactive in reaching out whenever questions or concerns arose and worked with us patiently as we addressed an unexpected property issue. They were understanding, cooperative, and kept us informed, which made it much easier for us to provide support during their visit. We were especially grateful for the thoughtfulness shown around the property. The home was treated with care and respect, and communication was consistently polite and courteous. There were issues with roaches crawling inside the home almost every day, and upon entering the home, we found food left behind by the previous guests. The home wasn't properly cleaned for our arrival. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

My wife Emily and I take hosting incredibly seriously, and we’re genuinely saddened to hear your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. We’re also grateful that, despite these concerns, you shared that the rest of your stay was pleasant. For anyone reading this review, we’d like to provide a little context. We’ve been hosting for over 10 years, and this is the first time we’ve received feedback regarding pests at this home. We have a professional pest control company that services the property on a regular schedule, especially during the warmer months. Living in the South, particularly during the summer, it’s not uncommon for the occasional palmetto bug to make its way inside despite routine treatments. Unfortunately, that’s simply part of homeownership here, even in well-maintained homes. We even offered this guest a refund and tried to call a few times to make this right. This home is especially meaningful to us because it’s where Emily and I lived when we were first married. We know it inside and out, have invested significantly in it, and continually reinvest to keep it clean, comfortable, and well cared for for every guest. When these concerns were brought to our attention, we stayed in communication throughout the reservation and provided a refund because our goal is always to make things right whenever we can. We truly wish we could have delivered the five-star experience we strive for every stay. For future guests reading this, if anything ever isn’t perfect, please reach out to us. We have a 24/7 messaging system and respond quickly because we’d much rather have the opportunity to resolve an issue during your stay than have it affect your experience. Thank you again for your feedback. Bachelor trip

Unfortunate series of events on check in but owners were more than on top of the situation and great with communication which made the stay that much better.Property was as advertised! Plenty of space with great new upgrades to the house which made for a fantastic long weekend trip. Close to everything you might need with lots of things to do in the area.

Recovery Oasis

Absolutely beautiful property! Thoroughly enjoyed recovering from a major surgery at this perfect wellness retreat. Well thought out with easy qr code instructions for use of all the amenities. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended a visit. Only wish we came later in the season and could enjoy more amenities and the new surprise they are putting in.

Zach and Emily embody hospitality. A personalized card and charcuterie supplies welcomed us. Beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and we appreciated the ability to do laundry. One of our favorite breakfast spots, Snooze, was a lovely 20 minute walk away. The Mint Museum was simply spectacular—a short 15 minute drive. Finally, the nearby Fig Tree served the best hearty elegant food we’d ever eaten. Cheers to Zach and Emily!
