The property and view is absolutely amazing! Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and gather for entertainment with your family during your visit. Would definitely book again! Location is close to family fun and restaurants!

An absolute 10/10 stay. The home is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly situated with fantastic water views and direct access. We spent so much time just being outside, relaxing, fishing, kayaking, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.To top it off, the neighbors were wonderful, welcoming people, and we ended up becoming great friends with them during our stay. We shared photos on Instagram throughout the week, and we've already had multiple friends ask for the link so they can book their own trip. This stay went truly above and beyond our expectations. We loved every minute and can't wait to return!

Perfect Relaxation and Healing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. The Host communication of instructions were excellent and appreciated. Right down to informing us of lawn maintenance arrival. The house was exactly as presented with no surprises. Air conditioning was top notch and the house was very clean. This was my first stay on the Sound, usually we stay oceanfront. After a death in the family we booked roughly 3 weeks out and found this gem. Thanks for the week of healing in a pleasant atmosphere. Absolutely loved the views and walking the dock. The excitement of witnessing our Marine's Air Training, definitely added to the feeling of Patriotism for our wonderful country. Highly recommend!

Amazing view right on intercoastal!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a must stay. Super solid dock, stays deep enough even in low tide for 22+ boats. Everything is new and yard is manicured. Missed all the Isle traffic by staying on mainland side of the bay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from an amazing stay on the Southern Outer Banks and already can't wait to go back. This property offers everything you need for fun and relaxation. Unlike many homes in the area, this property offers peace and quiet when you want to relax but it's close enough to the beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, and great shopping that Emerald Isle has to offer. The pier is perfect for relaxing in an adirondack chair with a cocktail while watching the beautiful sunsets each evening. The provided kayaks were great for getting out on the water and exploring some of the coast around the house. The house itself is top notch - comfortable furniture throughout, high end appliances, and a well-appointed kitchen ensures that your stay will be comfortable...sometimes too comfortable because you might not want to get out of bed in the morning! For our family and friends, there's no place else we will stay when visiting the SOBX!

From the moment we stepped inside, we were in awe of the breathtaking views of the water right outside the window. The space was perfectly cozy, yet spacious, with modern touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. We loved relaxing on the private deck, enjoying our morning coffee while watching the boats go by — it was the perfect way to start each day.The amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals a breeze, and the living room provided the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. We especially appreciated how thoughtful and attentive the host was — they were so responsive and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The little details, like the soft, luxurious linens and well-stocked bathroom, really made the stay feel special.What truly made this getaway unforgettable, though, was the location. Being right on the water offered us the ultimate sense of peace and serenity. Whether we were kayaking, fishing, or just enjoying the views, it was the perfect spot for an escape.
