We do want to clarify that while the sliding glass door’s traditional locking mechanism is not operational, a security bar is provided to secure the door, which is a common alternative for sliding glass doors. We do wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay. Our team is local and readily available to assist guests, whether that means providing a replacement set of sheets, a laundry basket, or addressing other needs that may arise. We would have been more than happy to help, but without being made aware of these concerns, we weren’t given the opportunity to resolve them while you were here. We appreciate you leaving the laundry basket for future guests and will certainly review the bedding concerns you mentioned. Guest comfort is important to us, and we always encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to address them promptly.
